【摘要】：人口的老齡化趨勢與家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的演變使城市空巢家庭大量增加,部分空巢老人面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)困難、缺乏照料、精神孤獨等生存危機(jī)�？粘布彝ダ先思纫�(jīng)歷個人生命周期的轉(zhuǎn)型(從中年期到老年期),還要經(jīng)歷家庭周期的轉(zhuǎn)型(從核心或主干家庭到空巢家庭),如果適應(yīng)不好,很容易誘發(fā)各種身心問題,不但影響老人的生活質(zhì)量,還會給家庭帶來各種困難,從而導(dǎo)致一系列的社會問題。因此,空巢老人的救助與空巢現(xiàn)象的解決方式就成了新的社會問題。在符合社會實際情況與社區(qū)實際的情況下,對馬斯洛需求層次理論進(jìn)行研究,并結(jié)合實際情況進(jìn)行具體項目設(shè)計與實施,通過社區(qū)的實際走訪,確定空巢老人的情況,并做出了組織活動方案。通過對空巢老人進(jìn)行組織活動,舉行象棋等趣味活動,促進(jìn)老年人彼此熟悉,彼此認(rèn)可,在幾次活動后,觀察空巢老人的生活狀態(tài)以及精神狀態(tài),工作人員記錄下是否有所改變,在每次活動后,工作人員對獲得活動勝利的老人佩戴大紅花以及贈予小禮物的方式積極鼓勵老人,老人在得到了社會的認(rèn)可以及身邊的同輩人的認(rèn)可,會對精神狀態(tài)有所影響,老人的內(nèi)在精神方面改善后,才會更加愿意接受與幫助其他人,方可達(dá)到空巢老人互助小組的目的。通過策劃與實踐,社區(qū)孤寡老人社區(qū)互助組織已經(jīng)基本完成,社區(qū)互助組織已成規(guī)模,社區(qū)內(nèi)就應(yīng)該有這樣一個互助組織,進(jìn)行相互幫助,盡可能的將互助組織發(fā)展到每個社區(qū),通過老人的互助,自己管理自己,自己幫助自己,對社區(qū)孤寡老人互助效果有了明顯的改善。
[Abstract]:The aging trend of the population and the evolution of the family structure have greatly increased the number of empty nest families in urban areas, and some of the empty nest elderly face economic difficulties and lack of care. The old people in empty nest family have to go through the transition of personal life cycle (from middle age to old age) and family cycle (from core or trunk family to empty nest family), if they adapt well, It is easy to induce various physical and mental problems, which not only affect the quality of life of the elderly, but also bring all kinds of difficulties to the family, thus leading to a series of social problems. The relief of empty-nesters and the solution of empty-nest phenomenon have become a new social problem. In accordance with the actual social situation and the actual situation of the community, the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs is studied. And combined with the actual situation of the specific project design and implementation, through the actual community visits, determine the situation of empty nest elderly, and make the organization of the program. Through the organization of empty nest elderly activities, chess and other interesting activities, To promote the familiarity and mutual recognition of the elderly, to observe the state of life and mental state of the empty-nest elderly after several activities, to record any changes made by the staff, after each activity, The staff actively encouraged the elderly to wear big safflower flowers and give small gifts to those who won victory in the event. The elderly have been recognized by the society and their peers around them, which will have an impact on their mental state. Only when the mental and internal aspects of the elderly have improved will they be more willing to accept and help others, so as to achieve the purpose of the empty nest mutual aid group for the elderly. Through planning and practice, the community community organization for the lonely elderly has basically been completed. Community mutual aid organizations have become large-scale, and there should be such mutual aid organizations within the community to help each other, to develop mutual aid organizations into each community as far as possible, to manage themselves and to help themselves through the mutual assistance of the elderly. The effect of mutual aid to the lonely elderly in the community has been obviously improved.
