【摘要】：近域城市作為城市群內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)不斷發(fā)展完善的組合形態(tài),對加速城市群成熟發(fā)展具有十分重要的作用。在討論河南中部城市群的空間結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了鄭(州)汴(開封)許(昌)近域城市組合構(gòu)建的必要性及近域城市組合發(fā)展的外部條件。結(jié)果表明:近域城市僅僅空間上相鄰是不夠的,需要對原有空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行正向擾動才能促進(jìn)近域城市結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)育,正是鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)(鄭州航空港)的正向擾動才使鄭汴許近域城市組合得以發(fā)展成型。結(jié)合鄭州航空港的建設(shè),從區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對接、城市政府間協(xié)調(diào)合作機(jī)制等方面提出鄭汴許近域城市組合的對策。
[Abstract]:As a combination form of continuous development and perfection of urban agglomeration internal structure, near-regional cities play a very important role in accelerating the mature development of urban agglomeration. On the basis of discussing the spatial structure of urban agglomeration in central Henan Province, This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the urban combination in the near region of Zheng (Kaifeng) (Kaifeng) and the external conditions of the development of the urban combination in the near region. The results show that the adjacent city is not enough in space only. In order to promote the development of the urban structure in the near region, the original spatial structure needs to be positively disturbed. It is the forward disturbance of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental area (Zhengzhou Airport Port) that makes the Zhengzhou Bianxu urban combination develop and take shape. In combination with the construction of Zhengzhou Airport, the regional spatial structure, industrial coordination, and infrastructure docking, The coordination and cooperation mechanism between urban governments and other aspects put forward the countermeasures of Zhengzhou-Bianxu-Xujin-region urban combination.
