【摘要】：參與式影像是一種推動(dòng)社區(qū)參與的新途徑,它將影像作為賦權(quán)于民和社會(huì)變革的工具,使社區(qū)居民通過影像的拍攝和討論,從自己的視角對自身和社區(qū)的問題進(jìn)行反思,并以影像為媒介,為弱勢群體與政府決策部門之間的溝通建立一個(gè)新的渠道,以此激發(fā)個(gè)人和社區(qū)的改變,促進(jìn)社區(qū)問題的解決。從社會(huì)工作的角度來看,參與式影像這一“另類媒介”為社會(huì)工作的需求評估和介入提供了新的審視視角和多樣化的選擇,尤其對社區(qū)社會(huì)工作而言具有重要的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。隨著我國社會(huì)治理理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,參與式影像作為一種促進(jìn)社區(qū)參與的新途徑,在社區(qū)建設(shè)和社區(qū)發(fā)展中將具有越來越大的發(fā)展空間。本文以上海A機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)作的參與式影像項(xiàng)目為例闡述了參與式影像在城市社區(qū)的具體實(shí)踐與探索,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了參與式影像對社區(qū)參與的推動(dòng)作用,并從賦權(quán)與倡導(dǎo)兩方面揭示參與式影像的內(nèi)在價(jià)值及行動(dòng)指向,肯定其在推動(dòng)社區(qū)發(fā)展上的積極作用。同時(shí)也認(rèn)識(shí)到,作為一種起源于西方社會(huì)的參與式社區(qū)工作方法,參與式影像在我國城市社區(qū)實(shí)踐中仍存在許多不足之處,如操作程序有待規(guī)范、社會(huì)動(dòng)員能力不足、團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)仍需優(yōu)化等,但隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,參與式影像在城市社區(qū)工作中仍有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Participatory image is a new way to promote community participation. It uses image as a tool to empower the people and social change, and enables community residents to reflect on their own and community issues from their own perspective through the shooting and discussion of images. And to establish a new channel of communication between the vulnerable groups and the government decision-making departments through the image as the medium, so as to stimulate the individual and the community to change, and to promote the solution of the community problems. From the perspective of social work, Participatory video, as an alternative medium, provides a new perspective and a variety of options for the needs assessment and intervention of social work. In particular, it has important practical value for community social work. With the change of social governance concept in our country, participatory image is a new way to promote community participation. There will be more and more space for development in community construction and community development. This paper takes the participatory image project operated by Shanghai A institution as an example to expound the concrete practice and exploration of participatory image in urban community. On this basis, the paper analyzes the role of participatory images in promoting community participation, reveals the intrinsic value and action direction of participatory images from the aspects of empowerment and advocacy, and affirms their positive role in promoting community development. As a kind of participatory community work method originating from western society, participatory image still has many shortcomings in the practice of urban community in our country, such as the operation procedure to be standardized, the social mobilization ability is insufficient, the team structure still needs to be optimized, etc. However, with the development of economy and society, participatory image still has a broad prospect in urban community work.
