【摘要】：針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)高額彩禮問題,首先,本文以多中心治理理論的內(nèi)涵為起點(diǎn),進(jìn)一步闡述了多中心治理理論的內(nèi)容,多角度論證了多中心治理理論與農(nóng)村高額彩禮治理的契合性和內(nèi)在邏輯。其次,基于多中心視角分析出當(dāng)前農(nóng)村高額彩禮的原因在于傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村家庭解構(gòu)、社會(huì)力量參與尚有不足、農(nóng)村婚俗經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展扭曲、法律法規(guī)不健全且政府治理職能缺位。最后,提出從重構(gòu)農(nóng)村家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、鼓勵(lì)社會(huì)力量參與治理、引導(dǎo)農(nóng)村婚俗經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展和完善法律法規(guī)強(qiáng)化政府治理職能等構(gòu)建高額治理框架,形成多元共治格局來解決當(dāng)前農(nóng)村高額彩禮問題。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of high bride price in rural areas of our country, first of all, this paper takes the connotation of multi-center governance theory as the starting point, and further expounds the content of multi-center governance theory. The paper demonstrates the compatibility and internal logic between the theory of multi-center governance and the governance of high bride price in rural areas. Secondly, based on the multi-center perspective, the author analyzes that the reason of the current high bride price in rural areas lies in the deconstruction of traditional rural families. The participation of social forces is still insufficient, the economic development of marriage customs in rural areas is distorted, the laws and regulations are not perfect and the functions of government governance are absent. Finally, it is proposed to reconstruct the rural family structure and encourage social forces to participate in governance. To guide the healthy development of rural marriage customs economy and perfect laws and regulations to strengthen the functions of government governance to build a high governance framework to form a pluralistic co-governance pattern to solve the current problem of high bride price in rural areas.
