學(xué)齡前兒童小組工作的行動(dòng)研究

【摘要】:本研究是將小組工作應(yīng)用于學(xué)齡前兒童這一群體的探索。作為社會(huì)工作的一個(gè)主要工作方法,小組工作多被運(yùn)用于青少年、老年人、家庭或特殊人群的服務(wù)中,鮮有針對(duì)學(xué)齡前兒童的小組研究。以兒童為對(duì)象的小組工作也均將參與小組兒童的年齡限制在8歲以上。因此,作為學(xué)齡前兒童小組工作的探索,本研究運(yùn)用行動(dòng)研究的方法,探究學(xué)齡前兒童的小組參與情況及小組工作對(duì)兒童行為改變的作用。 具體來(lái)講,本研究主要關(guān)注學(xué)齡前兒童對(duì)小組工作的回應(yīng)方式及小組工作對(duì)學(xué)齡前兒童行為改變。研究以成都市愛達(dá)迅社工中心在錦江區(qū)成龍街道皇經(jīng)嘉苑小區(qū)開展的“童心同心”兒童成長(zhǎng)小組為研究對(duì)象。小組工作共開設(shè)8節(jié),有9名學(xué)齡前兒童參與。在研究中,筆者基于行動(dòng)研究的視角,設(shè)計(jì)方案、開展行動(dòng),觀察和反思,調(diào)整方案和再開展行動(dòng)。本文中詳細(xì)描述了行動(dòng)研究的過(guò)程,同時(shí)分析了在小組中所遇到的問(wèn)題及調(diào)整情況。 通過(guò)研究,筆者歸納出學(xué)齡前兒童對(duì)小組工作的回應(yīng)方式有:(1)不參與活動(dòng),(2)注視其他組員參與但自己無(wú)表情或動(dòng)作的回應(yīng),(3)注視其他組員參加活動(dòng)自己有表情或動(dòng)作的回應(yīng),(4)在邀請(qǐng)下能夠參與活動(dòng),和(5)能夠主動(dòng)參與活動(dòng)。同時(shí),這些回應(yīng)方式隨著小組進(jìn)程、小組設(shè)計(jì)及工作人員帶領(lǐng)技巧的改變而變化。在文章最后,筆者提出了針對(duì)學(xué)齡前兒童小組工作的建議:工作人員在小組初期需幫助學(xué)齡前兒童適應(yīng)小組氛圍;小組活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)及工作人員帶領(lǐng)技巧需考慮到學(xué)齡前兒童的心理發(fā)展特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:This study is to apply group work to the exploration of preschool children. As a main method of social work, group work is mostly used in the services of adolescents, the elderly, families or special groups of people. There are few group studies for preschool children. Group work targeting children also limits the age of participation to 8 years or older. Therefore, as an exploration of group work for preschool children, the present study uses the method of action research. To explore the group participation of preschool children and the effect of group work on children's behavior change. Specifically, This study focused on preschool children's response to group work and the behavior change of group work on pre-school children. The study was carried out in Huangjingjiayuan district, Jackie Chan street, Chengdu by Aida xun social work center in Chengdu. The children's growth group with one heart in mind is the object of study. There are eight sections of the group's work. Nine preschool children were involved in the study. In the study, the author designed programs, carried out actions, observed and reflected, adjusted programs and restarted actions based on the perspective of action research. The process of action research was described in detail in this paper. At the same time, the problems encountered in the group and the adjustment situation are analyzed. Through research, The author concludes that preschool children's responses to group work are as follows: 1) do not participate in activities 2) gaze at the responses of other group members who participate but have no expression or movement. 3) watch other group members participate in activities in which they have their own expressions or movements. Be able to participate at the invitation, At the end of the article, these responses vary as the team process, team design, and staff leadership skills change. The author puts forward some suggestions for the group work of preschool children: staff should help preschool children adapt to group atmosphere at the initial stage of the group, and the characteristics of psychological development of preschool children should be taken into account in the design of group activities and staff leadership skills.
