新媒體語境下公眾人物污名化形成機理研究

【摘要】:污名化概念在上個世紀開始進入我國研究者的視野。與此同時,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)場域因其虛擬性、互動性、匿名性等特性,使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間成為了污名化高頻發(fā)生地。目前我國正處于社會結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的時期,特有的社會背景使污名呈現(xiàn)出新的樣態(tài)。隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展,新興媒介層出不窮,新的媒介語境帶來新的傳播樣態(tài),污名化的形成機理也將隨之而變化。林克和費倫在傳統(tǒng)語境下研究個體污名時發(fā)現(xiàn),污名是負面標簽、刻板印象、孤立、狀態(tài)缺失和歧視等元素共存的狀態(tài)。但在新媒體語境下,這些元素所共存的狀態(tài)將會被打破。通過對于污名化相關(guān)理論的梳理,認為污名化是施加污名者對承受污名者施加的一種使其受到貶低、侮辱的標簽,伴隨著這種標簽的個體或群體都將會受到偏見、歧視甚至社會權(quán)利、地位的喪失,同時面對這種不公正的待遇,蒙受污名者將其偏見或歧視內(nèi)化,造成自身的自我貶抑。論文的研究重點是新媒體語境下污名化的形成機制,通過文獻研究法發(fā)現(xiàn)媒體語境不僅建構(gòu)了人們的認知方式,還建構(gòu)了互動方式。媒體的議程設(shè)置功能、擬態(tài)環(huán)境以及標簽化的報道方式都對其有重要作用。在新媒體語境下,雙向互動的傳播方式對于污名化形成起到了促進作用,網(wǎng)狀式的傳播結(jié)構(gòu)加劇了污名的普遍性和復雜性。根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)觀察和對自愿性公眾人物和非自愿性公眾人物的案例分析,將公眾人物污名化的形成機理分為三個階段:污名暴露階段、污名傳播階段以及污名化形成階段。在污名暴露階段,污名事件數(shù)量激增,曝光主體是新媒體;污名的暴露速度緩慢;在污名傳播階段,污名傳播迅猛,易引發(fā)其他類型的污名,常常夾雜謠言;在污名化形成階段,在傳播中形成,持續(xù)時間短但集中爆發(fā),增加下一個污名事件爆發(fā)的可能性。根據(jù)污名在形成過程中的特點,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間治理、公眾人物、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺和網(wǎng)民媒介素養(yǎng)角度提出去污名化的策略和建議。網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的治理強調(diào)政府加快相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的出臺和落實、加強對于輿情監(jiān)測的重視以及加強輿論引導的能力;公眾人物要加強對于自身的約束和管理以及污名的應(yīng)對能力;社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺要加強自身的自律以及實名制的執(zhí)行;網(wǎng)民要加強分辨和生產(chǎn)信息的能力。
[Abstract]:In 0th century, the concept of stigma began to enter the field of vision of Chinese researchers. At the same time, with the rapid development of the Internet, the network field is characterized by its virtual, interactive, anonymous, and so on. At present, our country is in the period of social structure transformation, and the special social background makes the stigma take on a new look. With the development of technology, the emerging media emerge one after another. The new media context brings new communication patterns, and the formation mechanism of stigmatization will change with it. When studying individual stigma in the traditional context, Link and Fellen find that stigma is negative labels, stereotypes and isolation. The state in which elements such as state loss and discrimination coexist. But in the context of new media, the state in which these elements coexist will be broken. Considering that stigmatization is a label that stigmatizes and insults those who are subjected to it, and that the individuals or groups associated with such labels will be subject to prejudice, discrimination and even the loss of social rights and status, At the same time, in the face of such unfair treatment, those who suffer stigma internalize their prejudice or discrimination, resulting in their own self-deprecation. The focus of this paper is the formation mechanism of stigma in the context of new media. Through literature research, it is found that media context not only constructs people's cognitive style, but also constructs interactive mode. The media agenda setting function, mimic environment and tagged reporting style all play an important role in the new media context. Two-way interaction plays a role in promoting the formation of stigmatization, and the network communication structure exacerbates the universality and complexity of stigma. According to network observation and case study of voluntary and involuntary public figures, The formation mechanism of public figure stigmatization is divided into three stages: stigma exposure stage, stigma propagation stage and stigma formation stage. In the stigma exposure stage, the number of stigma events increases sharply, and the subject of exposure is new media; The rate of exposure to stigma is slow; at the stage of stigma transmission, stigma spreads rapidly, causing other types of stigma, often mixed with rumors; at the stage of stigmatization, in the process of transmission, it is short-lived but concentrated. Increase the likelihood of the next scandal breaking out. According to the characteristics of stigma in the process of formation, from cyberspace governance, public figures, Social network platform and Internet users media literacy point of view of decontamination strategy and recommendations. The governance of cyberspace emphasizes the government to speed up the introduction and implementation of relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the importance of public opinion monitoring and strengthen the ability to guide public opinion; Public figures should strengthen their own constraints and management as well as the ability to deal with stigma; social network platforms should strengthen their own self-discipline and the implementation of real-name system; Internet users should strengthen the ability to distinguish and produce information.
