【摘要】：近幾年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)政府越來(lái)越注重社會(huì)工作和社會(huì)工作人才發(fā)展,尤其是2006年黨的十六屆六中全會(huì)中提出發(fā)展社會(huì)工作的決定,這為我國(guó)社會(huì)工作發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)嶄新的機(jī)遇,促使一些城市開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)了一批社會(huì)工作服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)和社會(huì)工作者。而有關(guān)家庭社會(huì)工作開(kāi)展和社區(qū)服務(wù)發(fā)展也在這一過(guò)程中得到了社會(huì)多方面的重視�！瓣�(yáng)光家庭服務(wù)中心”作為深圳成功社工服務(wù)模式的一種,以家庭為主立足社區(qū)的嶄新服務(wù)模式,對(duì)家庭問(wèn)題解決、社區(qū)和諧發(fā)展起到很好的促進(jìn)作用。陽(yáng)光家庭服務(wù)中心在兩年多的實(shí)踐運(yùn)作中,積累了很多家庭問(wèn)題處理、社區(qū)矛盾調(diào)解的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí)也遇到很多困難和問(wèn)題。2010年經(jīng)過(guò)主管部門同意“陽(yáng)光家庭服務(wù)中心”做出轉(zhuǎn)型決定,服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型在表面來(lái)講是為了突破發(fā)展瓶頸的選擇,在更深層次所反映的則社會(huì)工作本土化的一種進(jìn)程。作為一名社會(huì)工作專業(yè)碩士和曾在“陽(yáng)光家庭”工作過(guò)的社會(huì)工作者,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查和文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查,研究“陽(yáng)光家庭服務(wù)中心”的轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型中心在具體服務(wù)中的問(wèn)題分析,提出轉(zhuǎn)型可行性和對(duì)可預(yù)見(jiàn)問(wèn)題提出對(duì)策,認(rèn)為社會(huì)工作服務(wù)模式轉(zhuǎn)型是社會(huì)工作本土化過(guò)程中的必經(jīng)之路。服務(wù)模式轉(zhuǎn)型有利于社會(huì)工作服務(wù)與社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)需要相結(jié)合,也利于社會(huì)工作嵌入到我國(guó)保障體系更好為社會(huì)服務(wù)。對(duì)社會(huì)工作服務(wù)模式轉(zhuǎn)型也可為尚處在萌芽期的本土社會(huì)工作在模式選擇上提供參考,為其它城市社會(huì)工作用提供良好經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with China's government pays more and more attention to social work and social work talent development, especially in 2006 the sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee the party put forward the development of social work, which provides a new opportunity for the development of social work in China, prompting some city began to appear a number of social work services and social workers. The family social work and community service development is also a process in which received much attention of the society. The "Family Service Center" sunshine as a success of the Shenzhen social service mode, new service mode centered on the family based on community, to solve the family problem, the harmonious development of the community play a very good promote. Sunshine Family Service Center in more than two years of practice, has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in the treatment of family problems, community contradictions mediation also met A lot of difficulties and problems in.2010 with the consent of the competent departments of "Sunshine Family Service Center" make the transition decision, service transformation in surface is to break the bottleneck of the development process in the choice, a deeper reflection is the localization of social work. As a master of social work professional and served in the "Sunshine Family" the work of social workers, through field investigation and literature research, research on the transformation of the "Sunshine Family Service Center". Through the analysis of the transformation center in the specific services, put forward the feasibility of the transformation and the Countermeasures of the predictable problems, think social work service mode transformation is the only way which must be passed the localization process in the social work service. Model transformation is conducive to social work and social reality needs to be combined, but also conducive to social work into the social security system of our country is better Service. The transformation of social work service mode can also provide reference for the local social work in the embryonic stage, and provide good experience for other urban social work.
