【摘要】：人工智能的發(fā)展將對(duì)未來(lái)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生重大影響。未來(lái)社會(huì)的生產(chǎn)部門主要由少數(shù)的從業(yè)者、機(jī)器人以及人工智能共同完成,而憤怒的失業(yè)者則構(gòu)成了社會(huì)中的不安定因素。如何對(duì)待失業(yè)者將成為未來(lái)人工智能時(shí)代需要研究的重大命題。羅爾斯提出的差別原則,可以為人工智能時(shí)代解決這一問(wèn)題提供參考。在差別原則之上征收人工智能稅,用以補(bǔ)償失業(yè)者或許是一種可行的辦法。失業(yè)者在面對(duì)人工智能的浪潮時(shí)有兩種選擇:一是通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)提高自己,以加入新的就業(yè)崗位;二是通過(guò)心靈的調(diào)適,即靜修來(lái)追求更為純粹的人的價(jià)值和心靈的平靜。
[Abstract]:The development of artificial intelligence will have a great impact on the future employment structure. The productive sectors of the future society will be mainly accomplished by a small number of practitioners, robots and artificial intelligence. The angry unemployed constitute an unstable factor in society. How to treat the unemployed will be a major proposition to be studied in the future artificial intelligence era. It can be used as a reference for solving this problem in the era of artificial intelligence. It may be possible to compensate the unemployed. The unemployed have two options in the face of the tide of artificial intelligence: by learning to improve themselves to join new jobs, and by adjusting their minds. Retreat is the pursuit of purer human values and peace of mind.
