【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系作為一種新型的人際關(guān)系,是社會發(fā)展到信息時代的產(chǎn)物,它是現(xiàn)實人際關(guān)系的發(fā)展、延伸和補充,是對網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往主體之間的社會關(guān)系的反映。網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往仍然是現(xiàn)實人的實踐活動,是社會實踐主體的有機組成部分。在虛擬的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系改變了現(xiàn)實交往的模式,呈現(xiàn)出開放性與自由性、虛擬性與匿名性、多元性與共享性的基本特點。 現(xiàn)實社會中,個人是社會的主體,和諧的人際關(guān)系則是實現(xiàn)社會和諧的基石。同樣,網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系作為現(xiàn)實人際關(guān)系的一種新形式,對構(gòu)建和諧社會,推動人類進(jìn)步和人的全面發(fā)展中亦具有十分重要的作用。 然而,網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系在其發(fā)展過程中會出現(xiàn)所有新生事物都會出現(xiàn)的“利與弊”的問題,就像一把“雙刃劍”,亟需從倫理學(xué)角度約束和指導(dǎo)。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系的發(fā)展變化,網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理逐漸成為人們研究的重點,作為一門正在形成和發(fā)展中的新興應(yīng)用倫理學(xué)科,網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理學(xué)旨在以傳統(tǒng)倫理學(xué)的觀念和原則為基礎(chǔ),通過建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會的倫理道德規(guī)范,協(xié)調(diào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會中人與人之間的關(guān)系,規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會中人的行為,從根本上塑造網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會的倫理道德和價值觀,促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會的良性發(fā)展。 文章重點分析了當(dāng)下網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系面臨的倫理困境,諸如:忽視道德自律、降低人際誠信、導(dǎo)致情感淡漠、侵犯個人隱私等做了盡可能詳盡的闡述。并針對我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)法規(guī)不健全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管不嚴(yán)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理教育缺失、及網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體對虛擬空間認(rèn)識片面等原因進(jìn)行了深入的探討。 文章最后一部分試圖從網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理角度對如何在建設(shè)和諧社會的大背景下構(gòu)建和諧的網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系,提供創(chuàng)新的解決方法和理論依據(jù)。對構(gòu)建和諧網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系應(yīng)該如何塑造網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德主體和強化網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德意識,對比國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德規(guī)范,總結(jié)完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德規(guī)范對網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系的重要意義,以及如何培養(yǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)主體的道德行為都做了詳細(xì)的論述。以期使文章從理論分析到現(xiàn)實思考,從現(xiàn)狀審視到前瞻性探究,多角度考察和分析主題,并將歸結(jié)點定位于探尋解決問題、促進(jìn)發(fā)展的對策思路上。
[Abstract]:As a new type of interpersonal relationship, network interpersonal relationship is the product of social development to the information age. It is the development, extension and supplement of realistic interpersonal relationship. It is a reflection of the social relations between the subjects of network communication. Network communication is still a practical activity of real people and an organic part of the subject of social practice. In the virtual cyberspace, the network interpersonal relationship has changed the mode of real communication. It presents the basic characteristics of openness and freedom, fictitious and anonymous, diversity and sharing. In the real society, the individual is the main body of the society, and the harmonious interpersonal relationship is the cornerstone of realizing the social harmony. It also plays a very important role in promoting human progress and overall human development. However, in the course of its development, the problems of "advantages and disadvantages" that all new things will appear in the network interpersonal relationship will appear, just like a "double-edged sword", it needs to be restrained and directed from the angle of ethics. With the development and change of the network interpersonal relationship, Network ethics has gradually become the focus of people's research. As a newly developing applied ethics discipline, network ethics aims at establishing ethical norms of network society on the basis of traditional ethics concepts and principles. To coordinate the relationship between people in the network society, standardize the behavior of the people in the network society, fundamentally shape the ethics and values of the network society, and promote the benign development of the network society. This paper focuses on the ethical dilemma faced by the network interpersonal relationship, such as neglecting moral self-discipline, reducing interpersonal integrity, leading to emotional indifference. This paper expounds the violation of personal privacy as much as possible, and probes into the causes of imperfect network laws and regulations, lax network supervision, lack of network ethics education and one-sided understanding of virtual space by network subject. In the last part of the article, the author tries to analyze how to construct harmonious network interpersonal relationship under the background of constructing harmonious society from the point of view of network ethics. To provide innovative solutions and theoretical basis. How to build a harmonious network interpersonal relationship should shape the network moral subject and strengthen the network moral awareness, and compare the domestic and foreign network moral norms. This paper summarizes the significance of perfecting the network moral standard to the network interpersonal relations, and discusses in detail how to cultivate the moral behavior of the network subject, in order to make the article from theoretical analysis to realistic thinking, from the present situation to the forward-looking exploration. Multi-angle investigation and analysis of the theme, and the resolution of the point to explore solutions to promote the development of countermeasures.
