【摘要】：在近代政教危機(jī)的大背景下,思想界認(rèn)識(shí)到"政"與"教"必須有堅(jiān)實(shí)的社會(huì)團(tuán)體做載體,政教關(guān)系繼而演變?yōu)轶w與腦、民眾與知識(shí)分子的關(guān)系問(wèn)題,這也為我們闡釋梁漱溟在山東鄒平從事的鄉(xiāng)村組織工作提供了新的角度。梁漱溟一方面繼承傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)約的倫理教化精神,另一方面融合科學(xué)、民主要求,提出"大家齊心向上學(xué)好求進(jìn)步"的新鄉(xiāng)約,即"政教合一"的村學(xué)與鄉(xiāng)學(xué)。其中,地方德高望重的尊長(zhǎng)與外來(lái)知識(shí)分子承擔(dān)教化和教育職能,本地行政領(lǐng)袖與民眾試行自治,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)分子與鄉(xiāng)村民眾的新聯(lián)合,腦與體結(jié)合為靈活、有力的有機(jī)體。最后,本文提出,不能依據(jù)功利的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)判這項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)的成敗,應(yīng)當(dāng)浸入時(shí)代思潮,返回梁漱溟的內(nèi)心世界做同情式的理解,而"無(wú)所為而為"與"知其不可為而為"的儒家精神以及佛家的慈悲心,是體悟行動(dòng)的內(nèi)在意義的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the modern crisis of politics and religion, the ideological circle realized that "politics" and "religion" must have solid social groups as carriers, and the relationship between state and religion evolved into the relationship between body and brain, and between the masses and intellectuals. This also provides a new angle for us to explain the rural organizational work carried out by Liang Shuming in Zouping, Shandong. On the one hand, Liang Shuming inherits the spirit of ethical education of the traditional rural covenant, on the other hand, he integrates the requirements of science and democracy. The New Township Treaty of "everyone is United to learn and strive for progress" is called "the unity of government and religion." among them, the respected and respected local leaders and foreign intellectuals assume the functions of education and education, and the local administrative leaders and the public try out autonomy. In order to realize the new union of intellectuals and rural people, the combination of brain and body is a flexible and powerful organism. Finally, this paper suggests that the success or failure of this experiment should not be judged by the criterion of utility, but should be immersed in the trend of thought of the times. To return to Liang Shuming's inner world to understand sympathetically, the Confucian spirit of "doing nothing and not being able to do" and the compassion of Buddhism are the key to realize the intrinsic meaning of action.
