【摘要】：中國(guó)社會(huì)工作發(fā)展正處于社會(huì)工作普適化和本土化的十字路口。文章分析了南非在反思殖民主義的社會(huì)治療模式的基礎(chǔ)上,以社會(huì)發(fā)展視角重新建構(gòu)本土化的發(fā)展性社會(huì)工作的專業(yè)使命、理論知識(shí)、干預(yù)策略、技能與價(jià)值體系等。在建構(gòu)立足中國(guó)本土的發(fā)展性社會(huì)工作時(shí),應(yīng)以社會(huì)發(fā)展定位專業(yè)使命,整合扶貧與社會(huì)發(fā)展,聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展性社會(huì)福利政策,開發(fā)多重社會(huì)工作干預(yù)模式,創(chuàng)新社會(huì)福利的多元治理,創(chuàng)新社會(huì)服務(wù)提供的治理機(jī)制,促進(jìn)教育科研體系的去殖民化以及立足行動(dòng)研究進(jìn)行社會(huì)工作理論和實(shí)務(wù)的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The development of social work in China is at the crossroads of universality and localization of social work. This paper reconstructs the professional mission, theoretical knowledge, intervention strategy, skills and value system of local developmental social work from the perspective of social development. We should define the professional mission of social development, integrate poverty alleviation and social development, develop the social welfare policy, develop multiple social work intervention model, innovate the multiple governance of social welfare, and innovate the governance mechanism of social service. To promote the decolonisation of educational research system and the innovation of social work theory and practice based on action research.
