【摘要】：情境意識(shí)是自然決策的重要組成部分之一,其對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)決策及表現(xiàn)有著重要的影響.研究選取中國(guó)人民武裝警察部隊(duì)學(xué)院消防指揮系的學(xué)員作為研究被試進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究.研究進(jìn)行了社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系的調(diào)研,利用對(duì)數(shù)線性模型求得相對(duì)關(guān)系中的關(guān)系測(cè)量值,并測(cè)量了網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的結(jié)構(gòu)洞;利用SART量表對(duì)成員們?cè)诰仍蝿?wù)中的情境意識(shí)進(jìn)行了測(cè)量;同時(shí)采用SALIANT測(cè)量方法對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)小組的團(tuán)隊(duì)情境意識(shí)進(jìn)行了測(cè)量.在此基礎(chǔ)上提出并驗(yàn)證了三個(gè)假設(shè):1)成員在團(tuán)隊(duì)中占據(jù)的結(jié)構(gòu)洞數(shù)量越多,其個(gè)體情境意識(shí)越高;2)應(yīng)急救援團(tuán)隊(duì)中全部成員個(gè)體情境意識(shí)的平均值與團(tuán)隊(duì)情境意識(shí)不相關(guān);3)應(yīng)急救援團(tuán)隊(duì)整體結(jié)構(gòu)洞越多,團(tuán)隊(duì)情境意識(shí)越高.研究填補(bǔ)了情境意識(shí)在應(yīng)急救援領(lǐng)域的理論研究的缺失,同時(shí)可以為應(yīng)急救援人員的選拔和考核、以及應(yīng)急救援隊(duì)伍的組建提供理論依據(jù)和決策支持.
[Abstract]:Situational awareness is one of the important components of natural decision-making. It has an important influence on team decision-making and performance. The study selected the students of fire command department of the Chinese people's Armed Police Force Academy as subjects to conduct an experimental study. The logarithmic linear model is used to obtain the relative relation measurement value, and the structure hole in the network is measured, and the situational awareness of the members in the rescue task is measured by using the SART scale. At the same time, the team situational awareness of the experimental team was measured by using the SALIANT measurement method. Based on this, the more structural holes the members occupied in the team, the more the number of structural holes occupied by the members of the team was proposed and verified. The higher the individual situational awareness is (2) the average value of the individual situational awareness of all members of the emergency rescue team is not related to the team situational awareness (3) the more holes in the overall structure of the emergency rescue team. The higher the team situational consciousness is, the more the research can fill the deficiency of the theoretical research of situational awareness in the field of emergency rescue, at the same time, it can provide theoretical basis and decision support for the selection and assessment of emergency rescue personnel and the establishment of emergency rescue team.
