大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體救助的學(xué)校個(gè)案工作研究

【摘要】:中國正處于轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,在高校教育體制改革和高校不斷擴(kuò)招的影響下,大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體問題不斷凸顯。高校大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體問題對(duì)于高校的發(fā)展、和諧校園的構(gòu)建以及和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建都有重大的影響。大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體問題受到了各方面的關(guān)注,而傳統(tǒng)的救助大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的理念與方式已經(jīng)不能滿足大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的需求,于是需要引入新的專業(yè)的救助大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的理念與方式。 本文從學(xué)校個(gè)案工作的專業(yè)視角出發(fā),對(duì)大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的救助進(jìn)行研究。本文一共分為六章。第一章是導(dǎo)論,主要分析問題的來源與意義,對(duì)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行梳理,以及闡述研究設(shè)計(jì)和本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章是理論基礎(chǔ),主要是核心概念的界定與相關(guān)理論的論述,為下文具體的實(shí)踐操作提供理論準(zhǔn)備。第三章是對(duì)大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,分析大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體所表現(xiàn)出來的一般問題,并將大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的類型分為大學(xué)生心理弱勢(shì)群體、學(xué)業(yè)弱勢(shì)群體、就業(yè)弱勢(shì)群體、經(jīng)濟(jì)弱勢(shì)群體這四類,而大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體形成的原因主要從他們自身、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)這四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析。第四章介紹了學(xué)校個(gè)案工作救助大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的一般工作過程和技巧。學(xué)校個(gè)案工作的介入過程可以分為以下幾個(gè)階段:接案與建立關(guān)系、收集資料與問題評(píng)估、制定目標(biāo)和工作計(jì)劃、開展服務(wù)、結(jié)案與評(píng)估。第五章是進(jìn)行具體的實(shí)踐操作,即運(yùn)用學(xué)校個(gè)案工作的理念與方法、過程與技巧針對(duì)不同類型的大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體進(jìn)行具體的個(gè)案救助。最后一章分析學(xué)校個(gè)案工作救助大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足。雖然運(yùn)用學(xué)校個(gè)案工作救助大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體時(shí)存在一定的局限性,但是學(xué)校個(gè)案工作救助大學(xué)生弱勢(shì)群體有其適用性與有效性,值得發(fā)展與推廣。
[Abstract]:China is in a period of transition. Under the influence of the reform of university education system and the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the problem of underprivileged groups of college students is becoming more and more prominent. The construction of harmonious campus and the construction of harmonious society have great influence. However, the traditional idea and method of rescuing the disadvantaged groups of college students can not meet the needs of the vulnerable groups of college students, so it is necessary to introduce new professional ideas and ways to help the vulnerable groups of college students. From the professional perspective of school case work, this paper studies the relief of the vulnerable groups of college students. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly analyzes the source and significance of the problem. The second chapter is the theoretical basis, mainly the definition of the core concepts and the discussion of related theories. The third chapter is to analyze the current situation of the disadvantaged groups of college students, and analyze the general problems of the disadvantaged groups of college students. And the types of vulnerable groups of college students are divided into four categories: psychological vulnerable group, academic vulnerable group, employment vulnerable group and economic vulnerable group. The causes of the formation of the vulnerable group of college students are mainly from their own, family and school. Chapter 4th introduces the general working process and skills of the school case work to help the disadvantaged group of college students. The intervention process of the school case work can be divided into the following stages: accepting the case and establishing the relationship. Collect data and problem assessment, formulate goals and work plans, develop services, close cases and evaluate. Chapter 5th is to carry out specific practical operations, that is, the use of school case work concepts and methods, The last chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of school case work in helping the disadvantaged groups of college students. There are some limitations in the disadvantaged groups of students. But the school case work has its applicability and effectiveness to help the disadvantaged groups of college students, and it is worth developing and popularizing.
