【摘要】：闡釋是一種公共行為。闡釋的公共性決定于人類(lèi)理性的公共性,公共理性的目標(biāo)是認(rèn)知的真理性與闡釋的確定性,公共理性的運(yùn)行范式由人類(lèi)基本認(rèn)知規(guī)范給定,公共理性的同一理解符合隨機(jī)過(guò)程的大數(shù)定律。公共闡釋的內(nèi)涵是:闡釋者以普遍的歷史前提為基點(diǎn),以文本為意義對(duì)象,以公共理性生產(chǎn)有邊界約束,且可公度的有效闡釋。公共闡釋具有以下六個(gè)特征:第一,公共闡釋是理性闡釋;第二,公共闡釋是澄明性闡釋;第三,公共闡釋是公度性闡釋;第四,公共闡釋是建構(gòu)性闡釋;第五,公共闡釋是超越性闡釋;第六,公共闡釋是反思性闡釋。闡釋的公共性本身隱含了公共場(chǎng)域中各類(lèi)闡釋的多元共存,但是,個(gè)體闡釋絕非私人的,個(gè)體闡釋的理解與接受為公共理性所約束。這是因?yàn)?人類(lèi)的共在決定個(gè)體闡釋的公共基礎(chǔ),集體經(jīng)驗(yàn)構(gòu)造個(gè)體闡釋的原初形態(tài),語(yǔ)言的公共性確立個(gè)體闡釋的開(kāi)放意義,闡釋生成的確定語(yǔ)境要求個(gè)體闡釋是可共享的闡釋。
[Abstract]:Interpretation is a kind of public behavior. The public nature of interpretation is determined by the publicity of human rationality. The goal of public rationality is the truth of cognition and the certainty of interpretation. The operational paradigm of public rationality is given by the basic cognitive norms of human beings. The same understanding of public rationality accords with the law of large numbers of stochastic processes. The connotation of public interpretation is that the interpreter takes the universal historical premise as the basic point, takes the text as the meaning object, and takes the public rational production as the boundary constraint. Public interpretation has the following six characteristics: first, public interpretation is rational interpretation; second, public interpretation is clarity interpretation; third, public interpretation is public interpretation; 4th, Public interpretation is constructive interpretation; 5th, public interpretation is transcendent interpretation; 6th, public interpretation is reflective interpretation. Individual interpretation is by no means private. The understanding and acceptance of individual interpretation is constrained by public rationality. This is because the common basis of individual interpretation is determined by human co-existence, and collective experience constructs the original form of individual interpretation. The publicity of language establishes the open meaning of individual interpretation, and the deterministic context of interpretation requires that individual interpretation be shared interpretation.
