【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化的快速推進,傳統(tǒng)民族村落面臨衰退的現(xiàn)實:村寨原住民外流,傳統(tǒng)村落空心化;自然生態(tài)環(huán)境與民"朝夕相處"卻被忽視保護;民俗建筑群落別具風情卻遭受沖擊和"冷落";非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)蘊含豐富卻又日漸消失。究其原因是傳統(tǒng)村落保護"內(nèi)憂外患":一是民族村所處的大環(huán)境是加速其消失的外部原因;二是政府管理制度不完善、村民保護意識不強、不能滿足村民現(xiàn)代生活需要及經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不足等是加速民族村非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)消失的內(nèi)部原因。面對民族村消失之現(xiàn)狀,拯救路徑是留住村民,阻止民族村"空巢"甚至"棄巢";修復自然生態(tài)環(huán)境,維持村落生態(tài)平衡;優(yōu)化人文生態(tài)環(huán)境,促進村落活態(tài)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the traditional ethnic villages are facing the reality of recession: the aborigines flow out of the villages, the traditional villages become empty, the natural ecological environment and the people get along with each other day and night, but the protection of the natural ecological environment is ignored. The folk custom architectural community is affected and "neglected" in its unique style; the intangible cultural heritage is abundant but gradually disappearing. The reason is that the traditional villages are protecting "internal and external troubles": first, the great environment of the ethnic villages is to accelerate the development of the cultural heritage. The external cause of disappearance; Second, imperfect government management system, weak protection consciousness of villagers, insufficient economic development and so on are the internal reasons for accelerating the disappearance of intangible cultural heritage in ethnic villages. The rescue path is to retain the villagers, prevent the "empty nests" or even "abandon the nests" in the ethnic villages, repair the natural ecological environment, maintain the ecological balance of the villages, optimize the humanistic ecological environment, and promote the development of the village's living state.
