【摘要】：文章利用中國(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)考察官員家庭對(duì)子女創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響,并進(jìn)一步分析其內(nèi)在作用機(jī)制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,官員家庭顯著抑制了子女的創(chuàng)業(yè)行為,降低了創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)生概率。第二,教育篩選機(jī)制能夠解釋官員家庭抑制創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)象,即官員家庭子女由于普遍擁有更長(zhǎng)的教育年限而往往更不愿意選擇風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大的創(chuàng)業(yè)型工作。第三,官員家庭對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)的抑制主要來源于父親為官,母親為官對(duì)子女的創(chuàng)業(yè)影響不顯著。此外,文章進(jìn)一步甄別了可能與教育篩選并存的兩種抑制創(chuàng)業(yè)的機(jī)制。出于"在位避嫌"的考慮,官員家庭會(huì)抑制子女創(chuàng)業(yè),但是教育篩選仍然是其最主要的現(xiàn)實(shí)機(jī)制。相關(guān)的穩(wěn)健性分類檢驗(yàn)都支持了上述結(jié)論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上得出了鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)業(yè)和保障就業(yè)公平的政策思路。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive social survey data of China, this paper examines the influence of official families on children's entrepreneurship, and further analyzes its internal mechanism. The results show that: first, official families significantly inhibit their children's entrepreneurial behavior. Second, the educational screening mechanism can explain the phenomenon of official families restraining entrepreneurship, that is, the children of official families are often less willing to choose more risky entrepreneurial jobs because they generally have longer years of education. Third, The restraint of official families on entrepreneurship mainly comes from the fact that the father is the official, while the mother as the official has no significant influence on the children's entrepreneurship. In addition, The article further identifies two mechanisms that may co-exist with educational screening to curb entrepreneurship. For the sake of "avoiding suspicion in place," officials' families will curb their children's entrepreneurship. However, educational screening is still the most important practical mechanism. The relevant robust classification tests support the above conclusions, and on this basis, the policy ideas of encouraging entrepreneurship and ensuring employment equity are proposed.
