【摘要】:跨文化商務(wù)談判就是跨文化商務(wù)溝通,它是兩個或兩個以上不同文化背景的談判方進行交流和溝通的過程,在談判過程中雙方為了達到意見統(tǒng)一而進行協(xié)調(diào)、溝通。因此,為了在中美跨文化商務(wù)談判中占據(jù)主動地位,,取得成功,就必須了解中美兩國之間的文化差異,從而減少或者避免在跨文化商務(wù)談判過程中出現(xiàn)誤解和摩擦,避免跨文化商務(wù)談判的失敗。 本文共分為四個部分,第一部分為緒論。第二部分介紹中美文化差異,并且用實際案例來輔助說明。第三部分運用實際案例來說明中美文化差異對跨文化商務(wù)談判造成的影響。第四部分為針對中美文化差異,提出在跨文化商務(wù)談判中應(yīng)該采取的措施。第五部分為全文總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Cross culture is the cross-cultural communication, it is the process of exchange and communication of two or more than two different cultural backgrounds of the negotiating parties in the negotiation process, both in order to reach consensus and conduct coordination and communication. Therefore, in order to occupy the active position, cross-cultural business negotiations in the success of it must understand the cultural differences between the two countries, to avoid misunderstanding and friction in cross-cultural business negotiation process to reduce or avoid cross-cultural business negotiations fail.
This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is introduction. The second part introduces the cultural differences between China and America, and with a real case to illustrate. The third part uses the actual case to illustrate the influence of cultural differences on cross-cultural business negotiation. The fourth part is the cause for his differences, we should take in cross cultural business negotiation the measures. The fifth part is the summary of the paper.
