【摘要】:隨著我國經濟迅速發(fā)展,工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化不斷加速,社會急劇轉型,企業(yè)問題也日益突出。企業(yè)員工作為企業(yè)中的弱勢群體,面臨著工作時間長,工作壓力大,工資福利待遇差,員工與員工關系不穩(wěn)定,員工與企業(yè)管理者矛盾多的種種問題。企業(yè)主與企業(yè)其他管理者看似占據(jù)強勢地位,實則也面臨著不小的壓力和不少的問題:勞資矛盾日益嚴重,企業(yè)員工流失率逐年增高,新一代企業(yè)職工適應性差,企業(yè)整體運作效率低,企業(yè)社會責任很難完成等?傊,無論是企業(yè)自身還是企業(yè)員工都面臨著種種困境與挑戰(zhàn)。而企業(yè)社會工作是運用自身專業(yè)的工作手法,以員工和企業(yè)全面、科學發(fā)展為宗旨,逐漸嘗試攻克企業(yè)中的一個個難題。所以以預防和解決企業(yè)問題為目標的企業(yè)社會工作越來越受到人們的關注。最近,國內的企業(yè)社會工作有所發(fā)展,國內也已經形成了關于企業(yè)社會工作實務模式的不同分類,但是大多數(shù)實務模式是從西方借鑒而來的,國家目前正在國內不同地區(qū)進行試點,分類多而雜,沒有統(tǒng)一的歸類和稱呼。所以,國內還沒有探索出一套認定的適合我國國情的企業(yè)社會工作實務模式,這也自然而然成為了企業(yè)社會工作發(fā)展的當務之急。筆者主要運用了訪談法、問卷調查法、參與式觀察法進行了綜合分析。文章首先對社會工作及企業(yè)社會工作進行了綜合概述,包括一些概念的介紹,文獻綜述及研究思路等:在對比較常用的幾種社會工作實務模式進行綜合分析之后,重點探討了比較適合中國的“社區(qū)綜合發(fā)展模式”;然后筆者以在深圳企業(yè)社會工作領域的專業(yè)實習為依托,從“社區(qū)綜合發(fā)展模式”的優(yōu)勢、不足等幾個方面,深入分析了這種實務模式的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及提出了有針對性的改進建議。最后,筆者對企業(yè)社會工作進行了展望,主要是從五點論述了“社區(qū)綜合發(fā)展模式”如何與“廠內模式”相結合從而引領企業(yè)社會工作的未來發(fā)展趨勢,推進企業(yè)社會工作的良性運作。從整體的角度來說,文章最終得出如下結論:首先,“社區(qū)綜合發(fā)展模式”雖然是剛剛嶄露頭角,但其前期的發(fā)展趨勢表明其適合中國的發(fā)展國情,必將在以后的發(fā)展中產生重大作用;其次,“社區(qū)綜合發(fā)展模式”有其自身的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,但也產生了很明顯的問題,如果不正視這些問題,不去嘗試著解決這些問題,這種模式不會得到大規(guī)模、高速度的發(fā)展與推廣;再次,“社區(qū)綜合發(fā)展模式”目前是適合國內的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,但是因為企業(yè)和國家的復雜情況,不可能單靠這一種模式去應對未來的挑戰(zhàn),所以仍然需要其它適合的實務模式輔助以配合并促進“社區(qū)綜合發(fā)展模式”的未來發(fā)展;最后,“社區(qū)綜合發(fā)展模式”是以社區(qū)為立足點,突破這種實務模式的運作困境必然還需要以社區(qū)為載體,政府、民間團體、義工力量的廣泛支持與鼓勵必不可少。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy, industrialization, urbanization, rapid social transformation, enterprise problems are increasingly prominent. As a vulnerable group in enterprises, enterprise employees are faced with long working hours and heavy working pressure. Wages and benefits are poor, the relationship between employees and employees is unstable, and there are many contradictions between employees and managers. Business owners and other managers seem to occupy a strong position. In fact, it is also faced with a lot of pressure and many problems: the increasingly serious labor and capital contradictions, the increase of staff turnover rate year by year, the poor adaptability of the new generation of enterprise workers, and the low efficiency of the overall operation of the enterprise. Corporate social responsibility is very difficult to complete. In a word, both the enterprise itself and the enterprise staff are faced with various difficulties and challenges. However, the enterprise social work is to use their own professional working methods to employees and enterprises in an all-round way. Scientific development for the purpose, gradually trying to overcome a difficult problem in the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise social work which aims to prevent and solve the enterprise problems has been paid more and more attention. Recently. The domestic enterprise social work has developed, the domestic has also formed the different classification about the enterprise social work practice pattern, but the majority of the practice pattern is from the west to draw lessons from. The country is currently carrying out pilot projects in different regions in China, with many and miscellaneous classifications and no unified classification and address. Therefore, China has not yet explored a set of identified models of corporate social work practice suitable for the national conditions of our country. This has naturally become an urgent task for the development of corporate social work. The author mainly uses the method of interview and questionnaire. Firstly, the paper gives a comprehensive overview of social work and corporate social work, including the introduction of some concepts. Literature review and research ideas: after a comprehensive analysis of several commonly used social work practice models, the author focuses on the "community comprehensive development model" which is more suitable for China; Then the author based on the professional practice in the field of social work in Shenzhen, from the "community comprehensive development model" advantages, shortcomings and other aspects. In-depth analysis of the development of this practical model and put forward targeted suggestions for improvement. Finally, the author of the enterprise social work prospects. It mainly discusses how to combine "community comprehensive development model" with "factory model" from five points to lead the future development trend of enterprise social work. From the overall point of view, the article comes to the following conclusions: first of all, the "community comprehensive development model" is just emerging. However, its early development trend shows that it is suitable for the development of China and will play an important role in the future development. Secondly, the "community comprehensive development model" has its own development advantages, but also has produced very obvious problems, if we do not face these problems, do not try to solve these problems, this model will not get large-scale. High speed development and promotion; Third, the "community integrated development model" is suitable for the current domestic development situation, but because of the complex situation of enterprises and countries, it is impossible to rely on this model to meet the challenges in the future. Therefore, other suitable practical models are still needed to coordinate and promote the future development of the "community integrated development model"; Finally, the "community comprehensive development model" is based on the community, to break through the operational dilemma of this practical model, it is necessary to take the community as the carrier, the government, the civil society. The broad support and encouragement of volunteers is essential.
