【摘要】：在中國(guó)大陸，專業(yè)社會(huì)工作介入族群議題的重啟和發(fā)展是實(shí)踐先行的，理論研究嚴(yán)重滯后�；谶@樣的背景，這一領(lǐng)域的研究尚未走出概念的迷思，具體表現(xiàn)為對(duì)一些重要概念的使用隨意、混亂，缺乏學(xué)理性的系統(tǒng)思考和必要的辨析。 本文系統(tǒng)梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)社會(huì)工作介入族群議題的相關(guān)概念，，并逐一進(jìn)行了辨析，明晰了概念的邏輯預(yù)設(shè)，從而理順了各概念之間的關(guān)系，分析認(rèn)為：這些概念均不適宜作為專業(yè)社會(huì)工作介入族群議題的基礎(chǔ)概念使用。 重點(diǎn)對(duì)目前中國(guó)大陸社會(huì)工作界采用較多的民族社會(huì)工作概念進(jìn)行了學(xué)理性的辨析，分析認(rèn)為：民族社會(huì)工作概念未能體現(xiàn)和把握民族議題發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和主要矛盾；未能體現(xiàn)社會(huì)工作的社會(huì)性；與社會(huì)工作個(gè)別化原則不匹配； 民族"概念在中西語言中無法有效對(duì)接，對(duì)話時(shí)容易造成不必要的分歧，不適宜作為專業(yè)社會(huì)工作介入族群議題的基礎(chǔ)概念使用。 現(xiàn)有概念的不適宜性，與基礎(chǔ)概念的重要性，突顯了提出一個(gè)新概念的必要性。在系統(tǒng)概述了族群理論；中華民族多元一體格局理論；多元文化理論；生活世界與公民社會(huì)理論；治理理論；社會(huì)工作建制化與二律悖反命題；社會(huì)工作個(gè)別化原則等理論、命題和原則的基礎(chǔ)上，本文分析論證認(rèn)為：族群社會(huì)工作概念適宜作為專業(yè)社會(huì)工作介入族群議題的基礎(chǔ)概念使用。 本文進(jìn)而界定了族群社會(huì)工作概念，闡述了族群社會(huì)工作的服務(wù)對(duì)象和關(guān)注的議題，建立了六種分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的族群社會(huì)工作分類體系，分析了族群社會(huì)工作族群敏感、政治敏感、遵循但不拘泥于社會(huì)工作知識(shí)、反思性、差異性與統(tǒng)一性的基本原則。
[Abstract]:In mainland China, professional social work is involved in the revival and development of ethnic issues, and the theoretical research is seriously lagging behind. Based on this background, the research in this field has not been out of the myth of concept. The concrete manifestation is that some important concepts are used casually, confused, lack of systematic thinking and necessary discrimination. This paper systematically combs the related concepts of professional social work involved in ethnic issues at home and abroad, and analyzes them one by one, clarifies the logical presupposition of the concepts, and thus straightens out the relationship between the concepts. It is concluded that these concepts are not suitable to be used as the basic concepts for professional social work to intervene in ethnic issues. This paper focuses on the analysis of the concept of ethnic social work adopted by the social work circle in mainland China. The analysis shows that: the concept of ethnic social work fails to reflect and grasp the trend and main contradiction of the development of national issues; Failure to reflect the social nature of social work; Mismatch with the principle of individualization of social work; The concept of "ethnic group" can not be effectively connected in Chinese and Western languages, and it is easy to cause unnecessary differences in dialogue, so it is not suitable to be used as a basic concept for professional social work to intervene in ethnic issues. The unsuitability of existing concepts and the importance of basic concepts highlight the necessity of putting forward a new concept. The theory of the pluralistic structure of the Chinese nation; The theory of multiculturalism; The Theory of Life World and Civil Society; Governance theory; The establishment of social work and the contrary proposition of two laws; On the basis of the theories, propositions and principles of social work individualization, this paper argues that the concept of ethnic social work is suitable for use as a basic concept for professional social work to intervene in ethnic issues. In this paper, the concept of ethnic social work is defined, the object of service and the issues concerned are expounded, and the classification system of ethnic social work is established with six classification standards. This paper analyzes the basic principles of ethnic group social work, ethnic sensitivity, political sensitivity, but not confined to the knowledge of social work, reflection, difference and unity.
