【摘要】：眾所周知,毒品問題是當(dāng)今全球最嚴(yán)重的社會問題之一,甚至嚴(yán)重威脅到全人類的生存和發(fā)展,我國目前面臨毒品問題形勢十分嚴(yán)峻。近年來,在逐漸嚴(yán)重的多藥物濫用現(xiàn)象中,我國涉毒人員濫用率較高的藥物有曲馬多、安定類、三唑侖、杜冷丁、含麻復(fù)方制劑(復(fù)方甘草片、止咳藥水等),其中曲馬多濫用率最高。因此,建立和完善社區(qū)工作機(jī)構(gòu),加快我國禁毒社會工作的發(fā)展已成當(dāng)務(wù)之急。在此背景下,戒毒社會工作者應(yīng)該運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法,秉持助人助己的專業(yè)理念,幫助服務(wù)對象遠(yuǎn)離毒品、恢復(fù)和提升生活能力重新適應(yīng)社會,走向一種正�；纳顮顟B(tài)。本研究闡述了毒品、藥物濫用、曲馬多藥物、社會工作、社會工作者和禁毒社會工作者等基本概念,分析了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,探討了社工干預(yù)曲馬多藥物濫用者吸毒的工作流程、分析了干預(yù)過程中存在的問題,并針對存在的問題提出完善的措施及及對策,以期為我國戒毒工作的開展尤其對曲馬多類藥物濫用者戒除毒癮提供切實(shí)可行的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the drug problem is one of the most serious social problems in the world today, and even seriously threatens the survival and development of all mankind. In the increasingly serious phenomenon of multi-drug abuse, the drug abuse rate of drug related personnel in China is higher: tramadol, diazepam, triazolam, Durantin, containing compound preparations (compound licorice tablets, cough medicine, etc.). Among them, Tramadol abuse rate is the highest. Therefore, the establishment and improvement of community work institutions to speed up the development of drug control social work has become a top priority. In this context, drug treatment social workers should use scientific methods. Uphold the professional concept of helping others to help themselves, help the clients to stay away from drugs, restore and improve their living ability to adapt to society, and move towards a normal life state. This study describes drug and drug abuse. The basic concepts of tramadol drug, social work, social worker and drug control social worker were analyzed, and the working process of social worker intervention on drug abuse of tramadol drug abuser was discussed. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of intervention, and puts forward some perfect measures and countermeasures for the existing problems. In order to provide practical theoretical basis for drug abstinence of Tramadol drug abusers in China.
