【摘要】：隨著我國社會政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的農(nóng)村及城市落后社區(qū)的青壯年勞動力走入城市,那么在廣大地區(qū)也隨之產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)特殊的未成年人群體——留守兒童。留守兒童問題,是我國城鄉(xiāng)二元體制的一個(gè)衍生物。本文主要以合肥市海恒社區(qū)的留守兒童在文化教育、心理健康、社會侵害等方面的內(nèi)容作為調(diào)查和分析的重點(diǎn),發(fā)現(xiàn)該社區(qū)區(qū)的留守兒童普遍存在與父母關(guān)系緊張、生理與心理健康欠佳、容易受到社會上的各種侵害等問題。本文主要提出留守兒童問題的嚴(yán)峻性與解決該問題的重要性,有針對性地提出解決留守兒童問題的一些構(gòu)想與對策,從而更新社會與家長對留守兒童問題的認(rèn)識,使社會及廣大家長廣泛關(guān)注留守兒童。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social and political economy, more and more rural and city community behind the young labor force into the city, then in the vast areas also have a special group of minors - left-behind children. Left-behind children, is a derivative of China's urban and rural areas two yuan system. This paper mainly in Hefei Haiheng left-behind children in community education, mental health, social and other aspects of the infringement as the investigation and analysis of the key areas of the community, found that the tension behind widespread child relation with parents, physical and mental health is poor, vulnerable to all sorts of infringement problems. This paper put forward the problem of left-behind children to solve the problem of serious and the importance to solve some ideas and Countermeasures of left-behind children problems, so as to update the society and the parents of the children left behind The understanding of the problem of children makes the society and the majority of parents pay attention to the left behind children.
