【摘要】：家庭不僅是家庭成員生活的基本場(chǎng)所，也是成長(zhǎng)的重要場(chǎng)所。隨著社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型和變遷，隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭的數(shù)量正在快速增加，隔代撫養(yǎng)已經(jīng)成為一種普遍的社會(huì)現(xiàn)象。隔代撫養(yǎng)主要是指祖輩單獨(dú)的撫養(yǎng)孫輩，，或者是與父輩共同撫育但以祖輩撫育為主的教養(yǎng)形式。在隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭中，祖輩承擔(dān)了大量的“父母角色”，原本從父母處得到的情感不能夠正常滿足，長(zhǎng)此以往必然會(huì)影響親子關(guān)系的正常發(fā)展。雖然隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭的成因各不相同，但是隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭存在著一些共性的問題：親子溝通不暢、孩子與父母信任感和親密度不高、祖輩與父輩教育方式不一致導(dǎo)致孩子行為和心理問題的產(chǎn)生、祖輩對(duì)孩子的溺愛等。 兒童階段是連接幼兒階段和青少年階段的重要時(shí)期。對(duì)于兒童階段的孩子，除滿足其基本的生存需要，還要滿足其對(duì)愛的需要、游戲的需要、學(xué)習(xí)的需要和社會(huì)化的需要。生活在隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭中的兒童，兒童的多種需要都不能夠得到正常的滿足。當(dāng)前對(duì)隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭的研究多集中在隔代撫養(yǎng)的成因、隔代撫養(yǎng)的利弊討論上，而從社會(huì)工作專業(yè)通過服務(wù)方案的實(shí)施介入隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭的親子關(guān)系問題研究較少。 本文圍繞著隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭兒童親子關(guān)系問題展開，主要運(yùn)用小組社會(huì)工作方法，充分運(yùn)用小組動(dòng)力理論開展整個(gè)小組活動(dòng)。通過前期的訪談和走訪對(duì)隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭兒童親子關(guān)系問題進(jìn)行了分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上確定幫助家庭成員重新認(rèn)識(shí)自我及對(duì)方、改善家庭成員之間的溝通狀況、增進(jìn)彼此之間感情聯(lián)系、建立和諧親子關(guān)系的服務(wù)目標(biāo)，最后通過整個(gè)社會(huì)工作服務(wù)方案的實(shí)施來介入隔代撫養(yǎng)家庭兒童親子關(guān)系問題研究。
[Abstract]:The family is not only a basic place to family life, but also an important place for growth. With the social transformation and change, raising the number of families is increasing rapidly, raising has become a common social phenomenon. Grandparenting mainly refers to the grandparents raising grandchildren alone, or together with their parents but tending to grandparents the main form of education. In the tending of grandparenting families, grandparents take a large number of "parents", originally obtained from their parents emotion can not meet the normal, normal development will inevitably affect the parent-child relationship if things go on like this. Although grandparenting family reasons vary, but raising families have some common problems parent-child communication, the children and their parents a sense of trust and intimacy is not high, grandparents and parents have inconsistent education causes the child behavior and psychological problems The grandparents' indulgence in their children.
Childhood is an important period of childhood and adolescence connection. For children stage of the children, in addition to meet the basic survival needs, but also meet the need for love, the game needs, learning needs and social needs. Living in raising children in families, children are not able to various needs normal. The grandparenting families meet the research focus on the causes of grandparenting, advantages and disadvantages of grandparenting discussion, from the social work profession through the implementation of services for the intervention study of parent-child relationship problems raising fewer families.
This paper focuses on the raising family parent-child relationship issues, mainly the use of group social work method, make full use of group dynamics theory to carry on the whole group activities. Through the analyses of grandparenting family parent-child relationship of preliminary interviews and visits, determined on the basis of re understanding of self and family members help each other, improve family members the communication situation, promote feelings with each other, the establishment of a harmonious parent-child relationship service goals, and through the implementation of the whole social service programs to raise children involved in the generation of parent-child relationship issues.
