【摘要】：殘疾人作為一種生理性與社會(huì)性弱勢(shì)群體,在出行社會(huì)的過程中往往存在諸多的障礙。在福州,無障礙出行的需要仍是絕大多數(shù)殘疾人最為基礎(chǔ)和迫切的需要。以何種形式滿足殘疾人無障礙出行的需要,這是社會(huì)工作專業(yè)需要關(guān)注的。為此,本文首先對(duì)殘疾人在無障礙設(shè)施使用上的需求作了必要的梳理與評(píng)估,然后再通過實(shí)地考察、入戶探訪等研究方法探究了目前福州市的無障礙設(shè)施建設(shè)與管理狀況和殘疾人的使用情況,并對(duì)其中存在的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了原因分析。最后,本文從社會(huì)工作專業(yè)角度提出了自己的建議,即福州市殘疾人無障礙出行之所以障礙重重,歸根結(jié)底是因?yàn)榇蠖鄶?shù)殘疾人缺乏所需要的能力與資源,導(dǎo)致他們?cè)跓o障礙設(shè)施使用上的諸多障礙無法徹底消除。因而需要社會(huì)工作者為其構(gòu)建一個(gè)龐大的社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,為他們盡可能地爭(zhēng)取各種正式與非正式的資源,并在社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建過程中運(yùn)用相關(guān)的社會(huì)工作理論與方法進(jìn)行專業(yè)的介入,協(xié)助他們激發(fā)內(nèi)在的動(dòng)力,挖掘自身的潛能,獲得自我發(fā)展,從而真正實(shí)現(xiàn)殘疾人的無障礙出行。
[Abstract]:As a physiologically and socially disadvantaged group, the disabled often have many obstacles in the process of travel. In Fuzhou, the need for accessibility is still the most fundamental and urgent need for the overwhelming majority of the disabled. What kind of form to meet the needs of accessibility for the disabled is a major concern in social work. Therefore, this paper firstly combs the disabled and evaluation necessary in the use of barrier free facilities on demand, and then through field visits, home visits and other research methods to explore the Fuzhou city construction and management of non barrier facilities and disabled use case, and the related problems are analyzed. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of social work, Fuzhou city for the disabled travel are the obstacles, after all is because most of the disabled people lack the ability and resources needed, because they can not completely eliminate the cause of barrier free facilities use many obstacles. The need of social workers to build a huge network of social support system, as they strive for a variety of formal and informal resources, and in the social network construction process using the related theories and methods of social work professional intervention, help them stimulate intrinsic motivation, tap their own potential, self development the disabled, so as to realize barrier free travel.
