【摘要】：拆遷安置住宅是政府進(jìn)行城市道路建設(shè)和公共設(shè)施建設(shè)項(xiàng)目時(shí),給予被拆遷家庭進(jìn)行安置建設(shè)的住宅。作為城市住宅建設(shè)的重要組成部分之一,隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加劇,拆遷安置住宅的需求和建設(shè)量不斷增加,拆遷安置住宅的粗放型建造現(xiàn)象較為明顯。拆遷安置住宅是以失去集體的拆遷家庭為對(duì)象,具有一定的社會(huì)保障性質(zhì)的住房。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)合肥已建成的拆遷安置住宅居住人群調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),此類人群老齡化程度比較高,他們擁有自己的生活習(xí)慣和生活方式且對(duì)住宅有一定的舒適性要求,尤其在住宅適老化設(shè)計(jì)方面�，F(xiàn)今,合肥市拆遷安置住宅的開發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域?qū)Υ祟愖≌奶變?nèi)空間不夠重視,缺乏對(duì)于拆遷安置住宅居住人群居住需求的細(xì)致研究,使得大量套型的功能性空間不甚合理,造成合肥市拆遷安置住宅的設(shè)計(jì)水平普遍較低。就套內(nèi)的功能空間而言,廚房空間是住宅使用頻率最高功能空間之一,如何根據(jù)居住者的需求對(duì)合肥市拆遷安置住宅廚房空間進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),提高居住的舒適度,是本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。居住行為分析是住宅功能空間設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ),本研究立足于對(duì)合肥市拆遷安置住宅居住實(shí)態(tài)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,從拆遷安置人群這一角度出發(fā),結(jié)合此類家庭的需求,針對(duì)合肥市拆遷安置住宅廚房空間存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深層次的分析研究,探討此類住宅廚房空間的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略。本文通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)今合肥市拆遷安置住宅廚房空間居住實(shí)態(tài)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,總結(jié)出此類空間出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題主要集中在以下兩個(gè)層面:(1)非技術(shù)層面:“平面”問(wèn)題;(2)技術(shù)層面:“細(xì)部”問(wèn)題。針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題的進(jìn)行分析研究,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)廚房空間的研究成果,提出合肥市拆遷安置住宅廚房空間優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略,將廚房平面部分優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略運(yùn)用到前期入戶調(diào)研的廚房實(shí)例當(dāng)中,嘗試著對(duì)這些廚房平面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),并將優(yōu)化前后平面的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。希望通過(guò)本文的研究,豐富拆遷安置住宅套內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究成果,為合肥市拆遷安置住宅廚房空間設(shè)計(jì)提供一些有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:Demolition and resettlement housing is a housing given to demolished families when the government carries out urban road construction and public facilities construction projects. As one of the important components of urban housing construction, with the aggravation of urbanization in our country, the demand and construction quantity of demolition and resettlement housing are increasing, and the extensive construction phenomenon of demolition and resettlement housing is more obvious. Demolition and resettlement housing is a kind of housing with certain social security nature, which takes the demolition family as the object and has a certain social security nature. Through the investigation of the residential people who have been built in Hefei, it is found that this kind of people have a high degree of aging, they have their own living habits and lifestyles, and have certain comfort requirements for housing, especially in the design of housing aging. Nowadays, the development and design of demolition and resettlement housing in Hefei City does not pay enough attention to the indoor space of this kind of housing, and the lack of detailed research on the residential needs of the residential population of demolition and resettlement housing makes a large number of functional space of sets unreasonable, resulting in a generally low design level of demolition and resettlement housing in Hefei. As far as the functional space in the suite is concerned, kitchen space is one of the most frequently used functional spaces in residential buildings. How to optimize the design of residential kitchen space in Hefei according to the needs of residents and improve the comfort of housing is the main content of this paper. Residential behavior analysis is the basis of residential functional space design. Based on the investigation of residential real state of demolition and resettlement in Hefei, from the point of view of demolition and resettlement population, combined with the needs of this kind of family, this paper makes a deep analysis and research on the existing problems of residential kitchen space in Hefei, and probes into the optimal design strategy of this kind of residential kitchen space. Based on the investigation of the real living state of the kitchen space in Hefei, this paper summarizes that the problems of this kind of space mainly focus on the following two levels: (1) the non-technical level: the "plane" problem; (2) the technical level: the "detail" problem. In view of the analysis and research of the existing problems, combined with the research results of kitchen space at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the optimization design strategy of kitchen space of demolition and resettlement residence in Hefei, applies the kitchen plane optimization design strategy to the kitchen example of the previous household investigation, tries to optimize the kitchen plane design, and analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the optimization front and rear plane. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, the research results in the related fields of interior space design of demolition and resettlement houses will be enriched, and some valuable references will be provided for the kitchen space design of demolition and resettlement houses in Hefei.
