【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的基石,而增加農(nóng)民收入是關(guān)系國民經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略措施。對(duì)當(dāng)前農(nóng)民收入結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析和優(yōu)化研究,是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的核心目標(biāo)和重要使命,對(duì)于維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)都具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以收入結(jié)構(gòu)視角下泉州市農(nóng)民增收問題研究,以泉州市國家農(nóng)村固定觀察點(diǎn)的實(shí)證分析為基礎(chǔ),提出制約農(nóng)民收入增長的結(jié)構(gòu)性原因,通過了解、分析農(nóng)戶的收入結(jié)構(gòu)變化以及農(nóng)民收入增長的特點(diǎn),從而探索促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收的創(chuàng)新方式,以期對(duì)增加農(nóng)民收入有所幫助。本文共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分緒論,介紹了選題的背景、意義,相關(guān)研究情況,文章的思路、方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分基本概念界定,從農(nóng)民收入、農(nóng)民增收、農(nóng)民收入結(jié)構(gòu)的組成三個(gè)方面探討了農(nóng)民增收的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分泉州市國家農(nóng)村固定觀察的實(shí)證分析,采集2012年到2015年泉州市國家農(nóng)村固定觀察點(diǎn)各項(xiàng)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),分析了農(nóng)民收入的來源、增收的潛力,以及收入增長的趨勢(shì)等情況。第四部分通過將泉州國家農(nóng)村固定觀察點(diǎn)與廈門、漳州的國家農(nóng)村固定觀察點(diǎn)做橫向?qū)Ρ?并進(jìn)行分析,從而得知泉州市國家農(nóng)村固定觀察點(diǎn)的農(nóng)戶收入水平在閩南金三角地區(qū)所處位置。此外,通過與其它兩市觀察點(diǎn)農(nóng)戶收入結(jié)構(gòu)的對(duì)比,了解泉州農(nóng)戶收入結(jié)構(gòu)存在的優(yōu)劣,從而得以更好的為泉州市改善農(nóng)戶收入結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)戶增收提出對(duì)策建議。第五部分,分析制約農(nóng)民收入增長的結(jié)構(gòu)性因素,從家庭經(jīng)營性因素、工資性因素、財(cái)產(chǎn)性和轉(zhuǎn)移性因素出發(fā),分析探討制約農(nóng)民收入增長的原因。第六部分政策建議,以上述問題為導(dǎo)向,提出加快土地流轉(zhuǎn)、重塑二元結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)社會(huì)保障和推動(dòng)科技創(chuàng)新等建議,希望從這些方面理順體制機(jī)制,改善房展面貌,增強(qiáng)農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民的軟硬實(shí)力,真正促進(jìn)農(nóng)民收入得到增長。第七部分結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the cornerstone of economic development and social stability, and increasing farmers' income is a strategic measure related to the healthy development of the national economy. The analysis and optimization of farmers' income structure is the core goal and important mission of building a new socialist countryside. It is of great practical significance to maintain social stability, build a well-off society in an all-round way and build a harmonious society. From the perspective of income structure, this paper studies the problem of increasing farmers' income from the perspective of income structure, and based on the empirical analysis of the fixed observation points in rural areas of Quanzhou City, puts forward the structural reasons that restrict the growth of farmers' income, and through understanding, analyzes the changes of farmers' income structure and the characteristics of farmers' income growth, so as to explore the innovative ways to promote farmers' income increase, so as to be helpful to increasing farmers' income. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background, significance, related research, ideas, methods and innovations of the topic. The second part defines the basic concept and probes into the theoretical basis of farmers' income from three aspects: farmers' income, farmers' income increase and the composition of farmers' income structure. In the third part, the empirical analysis of Quanzhou national rural fixed observation is carried out, and the statistical data of Quanzhou national rural fixed observation point from 2012 to 2015 are collected, and the source of farmers' income, the potential of increasing income and the trend of income growth are analyzed. The fourth part compares Quanzhou national rural fixed observation point with Xiamen and Zhangzhou's national rural fixed observation point, and analyzes it, so as to find out the position of farmers' income level of Quanzhou national rural fixed observation point in the Golden Triangle area of southern Fujian. In addition, through the comparison with the income structure of farmers in the other two cities, the advantages and disadvantages of the income structure of farmers in Quanzhou can be understood, so that the countermeasures and suggestions can be put forward for Quanzhou to improve the income structure of farmers and realize the increase of farmers' income. The fifth part analyzes the structural factors that restrict the growth of farmers' income, and analyzes and discusses the reasons that restrict the growth of farmers' income from the factors of family management, wages, property and transfer. The sixth part of the policy suggestion, guided by the above problems, puts forward some suggestions, such as speeding up the land circulation, reshaping the dual structure, strengthening social security and promoting scientific and technological innovation, hoping to straighten out the institutional mechanism from these aspects, improve the appearance of housing exhibition, strengthen the soft and hard power of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and truly promote the growth of farmers' income. The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.
