【摘要】：作為鄉(xiāng)土社會(huì)和法理社會(huì)屬性兼具的混合社區(qū),城中村既加劇外來人口的城鄉(xiāng)文化沖突,也不利于原住民與城市的深度融合。實(shí)現(xiàn)以人為核心的新型城鎮(zhèn)化,必須加快城中村這一混合社區(qū)的轉(zhuǎn)型。這種轉(zhuǎn)型不能依靠環(huán)境整治的修補(bǔ)來實(shí)現(xiàn),應(yīng)當(dāng)以城中村空間形態(tài)改造為突破口,同步完成原住民身份、居住組織方式、社區(qū)管理方式、經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)方式、社會(huì)保障方式等多角度轉(zhuǎn)變來實(shí)現(xiàn),在城中村改造過程中統(tǒng)籌解決社區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型和城鄉(xiāng)文化融合問題。
[Abstract]:As a mixed community with both local and legal social attributes, the village in the city not only intensifies the cultural conflict between urban and rural areas of the foreign population, but also is not conducive to the deep integration of aboriginal people and the city. In order to realize the new urbanization, we must speed up the transformation of the mixed community. This transformation cannot be achieved by the remediation of the environment. It should take the transformation of the urban village space form as a breakthrough, and simultaneously complete the aboriginal identity, residential organization, community management, and economic activities. In the process of transformation of village in city, the transformation of community and the integration of urban and rural culture can be solved as a whole.
