江西省電力公司綜合保險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng)研究與分析

【摘要】:江西省電力公司是以電網(wǎng)建設(shè)運(yùn)營為核心業(yè)務(wù)的國有特大型能源供應(yīng)企業(yè),承擔(dān)著為江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和人民生產(chǎn)生活提供電力供應(yīng)與服務(wù)的重要使命。隨著公司規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,單一的職工社保管理已經(jīng)無法滿足新形勢(shì)下社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)管理工作的需要,如何將多險(xiǎn)種集中的統(tǒng)一管理成為省電力公司急需解決的問題。 本文首先介紹了江西省電力公司綜合社保管理系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目背景和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,然后簡述了系統(tǒng)的研究意義、研究內(nèi)容和主要工作。在第二章中對(duì)省電力公司綜合社保管理的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行分析,并根據(jù)原有業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了業(yè)務(wù)再造。然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能分析,采用結(jié)構(gòu)化方法設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流圖和功能結(jié)構(gòu)。在第四章數(shù)據(jù)分析中,使用功能數(shù)據(jù)分析圖(IP0圖)描述各個(gè)模塊的管理流程,并且詳細(xì)的闡述了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)體關(guān)系。根據(jù)上一章的數(shù)據(jù)流分析,用數(shù)據(jù)表對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。最后一章對(duì)本文的研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)與展望。 本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)社保綜合管理的基本業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì),全面實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)療、工傷、生育社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)管理的計(jì)算機(jī)化處理,基本滿足省電力公司在綜合社保管理工作中的使用要求,較好地體現(xiàn)了“多險(xiǎn)合一,靈活完善”的設(shè)計(jì)理念,極大的提高公司綜合社保管理的效率。
[Abstract]:Jiangxi Electric Power Company is a large state-owned energy supply enterprise with the core business of power grid construction and operation. It undertakes the important mission of providing power supply and service for the economic and social development of Jiangxi Province and the production and life of the people. With the continuous expansion of the scale of the company, the single employee social security management has been unable to meet the needs of the social insurance management under the new situation. How to centralize the unified management of multiple types of insurance has become an urgent problem to be solved by the provincial electric power company. This paper first introduces the project background and application status of the integrated social security management system of Jiangxi Electric Power Company, and then briefly describes the research significance, research content and main work of the system. In the second chapter, the comprehensive social security management business of provincial electric power company is analyzed, and the business is reconstructed according to the original business. Then the function of the system is analyzed, and the data flow diagram and function structure of the system are designed by structured method. In the fourth chapter, the function data analysis diagram (IP0) is used to describe the management flow of each module, and the entity relationship of the system is described in detail. According to the data flow analysis in the previous chapter, the database is designed with data table. The last chapter summarizes and prospects the research content of this paper. According to the basic business process design of social security integrated management, the system can realize the computerized management of medical treatment, industrial injury and maternity social insurance, and basically meet the requirements of the provincial electric power company in the comprehensive social security management. It embodies the design idea of "multiple risks in one, flexible and perfect", and greatly improves the efficiency of the company's comprehensive social security management.
