【摘要】：婦女發(fā)展離不開社會(huì)的進(jìn)步。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,我國婦女發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,婦女健康水平全面提升,婦女的教育環(huán)境進(jìn)一步改善,婦女的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和政治參與水平不斷提高,婦女兒童合法權(quán)益得到有效維護(hù),婚姻家庭關(guān)系穩(wěn)定,生活方式有所變化,女性自立意識增強(qiáng)。但是,女性家務(wù)負(fù)擔(dān)沉重,參與決策程度較低,農(nóng)村女性社會(huì)參與意識和法律維權(quán)意識薄弱,男女兩性收入差距呈擴(kuò)大趨勢。女性在就業(yè)數(shù)量和就業(yè)質(zhì)量上有待提高,婦女的社會(huì)保障有待于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),城鄉(xiāng)老年女性生活照料和文化生活有待進(jìn)一步改善。
[Abstract]:Women cannot develop without social progress. With the development of economy and society, the environment for women's development in China has been further optimized, the level of women's health has been raised in an all-round way, the educational environment of women has been further improved, and the level of women's economic status and political participation has been continuously improved. The legitimate rights and interests of women and children have been effectively safeguarded, marriage and family relations have been stable, lifestyle has changed, and women's sense of self-reliance has been enhanced. However, the burden of domestic work is heavy, the degree of participation in decision-making is low, the consciousness of social participation and legal rights protection of rural women is weak, and the income gap between men and women is increasing. The number and quality of employment of women need to be improved, the social security of women needs to be further strengthened, and the life care and cultural life of elderly women in urban and rural areas need to be further improved.
