【摘要】：面對人口老齡化的巨大壓力,養(yǎng)老保險制度受到前所未有的關(guān)注。如何提高制度覆蓋率,保證人人老有所養(yǎng)具有重要現(xiàn)實意義。本文基于全國31省2005-2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)東中西部三大經(jīng)濟地帶劃分,構(gòu)建實證模型,探討分析我國養(yǎng)老保險制度覆蓋率的影響因素。實證結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、勞動者報酬收入對制度覆蓋率的提高具有明顯的推動作用,而人口老化對其具有抑制作用。但各因素對不同地區(qū)覆蓋率的影響存在顯著的差異性。因此,應該根據(jù)不同地區(qū)的特點有針對性地推進擴大覆蓋面工作。
[Abstract]:Facing the enormous pressure of aging population, the endowment insurance system has received unprecedented attention. How to improve the coverage of the system and ensure that everyone has a sense of security has important practical significance. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2014, according to the division of the three economic zones in the east, west and west, this paper constructs an empirical model to analyze the influencing factors of the coverage of the pension insurance system in China. The empirical results show that the level of economic development and the income of workers' remuneration play a significant role in promoting the increase of the system coverage, while the aging of the population has a restraining effect on it. However, there are significant differences in the influence of various factors on the coverage of different regions. Therefore, according to the characteristics of different regions, targeted expansion of coverage should be promoted.
