【摘要】：“公正”作為社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀社會(huì)層面之一,是我們黨對(duì)于馬克思主義理論成果認(rèn)識(shí)的升華。“公正”體現(xiàn)了新形勢(shì)下黨的理論自覺(jué),是黨結(jié)合新時(shí)代特征所提煉出的重要價(jià)值觀范疇。我們要明確“公正”的根本價(jià)值取向,從思想、經(jīng)濟(jì)、制度、法律和社會(huì)五方面促進(jìn)“公正”價(jià)值觀的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文總共分為四部分。在引言部分主要概述了論文的選題背景,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述,研究意義及本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。論文的第一部分主要以馬克思經(jīng)典作家為視角,闡述馬克思主義中“公正”的理論成果,并結(jié)合中國(guó)歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的“公正”思想,探討公正觀的歷史傳承。從社會(huì)歷史角度來(lái)看,中國(guó)化馬克思主義的“公正”思想起著基礎(chǔ)作用。人們對(duì)公正的追求推動(dòng)著人類社會(huì)文明的發(fā)展,這一部分為論文整體做鋪墊。第二部分主要闡釋社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀中的“公正”涵義。公正是一個(gè)古老的話題,從古至今人類不斷追尋它；公正又是一個(gè)歷久彌新的話題,在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的語(yǔ)境下,它具有鮮明的社會(huì)特征,有著社會(huì)主義的內(nèi)在規(guī)定性。這一部分詳細(xì)闡述了“公正”的內(nèi)涵意蘊(yùn),與自由、平等、法治的關(guān)系,以及公正的本質(zhì)核心“以人為本”。第三部分系統(tǒng)解析當(dāng)前社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀中踐行“公正”方面存在的問(wèn)題及其原因。這一部分主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化和社會(huì)領(lǐng)域指出“公正”方面的不足之處,如分配不公、腐敗滋生等現(xiàn)象,并指出其原因所在,為公正的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑起著引導(dǎo)作用。第四部分探討社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀“公正”目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。思想上加強(qiáng)公正的教育和修養(yǎng)：經(jīng)濟(jì)上堅(jiān)持用發(fā)展的辦法緩解不公正現(xiàn)象；制度上完善民主制度和社會(huì)保障制度;法律上建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家；社會(huì)角度創(chuàng)新社會(huì)治理體制,把“公正”價(jià)值觀落到實(shí)處�？傊�,“公正”是我們黨認(rèn)真總結(jié)歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn),深刻凝練社會(huì)主義精神內(nèi)核的價(jià)值理念；是符合中國(guó)社會(huì)主義道路發(fā)展前景的理性選擇。我們要結(jié)合新時(shí)代條件,為實(shí)現(xiàn)“公正”目標(biāo)積極努力。
[Abstract]:Justice, as one of the social aspects of socialist core values, is the sublimation of our Party's understanding of Marxist theoretical achievements. "Justice" embodies the Party's theoretical consciousness under the new situation and is an important category of values refined by the Party in combination with the characteristics of the new era. We should clarify the fundamental value orientation of "justice" and promote the realization of "justice" value from five aspects: thought, economy, system, law and society. This paper is divided into four parts. In the introduction part, the background of this paper, the domestic and foreign research review, the significance of the research and the innovation of this paper are summarized. In the first part of this paper, the author expounds the theoretical achievements of "justice" in Marxism from the perspective of Marxist classical writers, and probes into the historical heritage of the concept of justice in combination with the thought of "justice" of Chinese leaders. From the social and historical point of view, the "justice" thought of Sinicization Marxism plays a fundamental role. The pursuit of justice promotes the development of human civilization. This part paves the way for the whole thesis. The second part mainly explains the meaning of "justice" in the socialist core values. Justice is an ancient topic, which has been pursued by mankind since ancient times, and justice is an old and new topic. In the context of socialist core values, it has distinct social characteristics and has the inherent stipulation of socialism. This part elaborates the connotation of justice, the relationship between justice and freedom, equality, rule of law, and the essence of justice. The third part systematically analyzes the problems and reasons of practicing "justice" in the current socialist core values. This part mainly points out the inadequacies of "justice" from the economic, political, cultural and social fields, such as unfair distribution, corruption and so on, and points out the causes, which play a leading role in the path of the realization of justice. The fourth part discusses the path to realize the goal of "justice" of socialist core values. Strengthening just education and cultivation in ideology: persisting in alleviating injustice by means of development economically; perfecting the democratic system and social security system institutionally; building a socialist country ruled by law in law; innovating the social governance system from a social point of view, Put the values of justice into practice. In a word, "justice" is the value concept of our party's summing up the historical experience and condensing the core of the socialist spirit, and it is a rational choice that accords with the development prospect of the socialist road in China. We must combine the conditions of the new era and make active efforts to achieve the goal of "justice."
