淺析我國金融業(yè)客戶職業(yè)分類問題對反洗錢工作的影響——以內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)為例

【摘要】:正一、基本情況(一)我國對職業(yè)分類的基本情況。當前,我國對職業(yè)進行分類的依據(jù)性規(guī)定主要為由勞動和社會保障部、國家質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局、國家統(tǒng)計局聯(lián)合組織編制的《中華人民共和國職業(yè)分類大典》(以下簡稱"《大典》")。該《大典》將我國職業(yè)歸為8個大類,66個中類,413個小類,1838個細類(職業(yè))。(二)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)金融業(yè)對客戶職業(yè)分類情況,F(xiàn)階段,金融機構(gòu)對客戶職業(yè)分類情況主要體現(xiàn)在新客戶業(yè)務(wù)申請相關(guān)憑證上,即接納新

At present, the basic provisions of occupational classification in China are mainly "the Great Book of Occupational Classification of the people's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as "the Great Book"), jointly organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the State Bureau of quality and Technical Supervision and the National Bureau of Statistics. The Chinese occupation is classified into 8 categories, 66 middle classes, 413 subclasses and 1838 subclasses (occupations). (2) the financial industry in Inner Mongolia region classifies the occupation of customers. At the present stage, the classification of customer occupation by financial institutions is mainly reflected in the relevant documents of new customer business application, that is, accepting new business.
