【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,社會競爭日益激烈,人口流動和城市化進程也逐漸加快,為了謀得更好的生活,一部分年輕人選擇在城市中工作、生活甚至定居。這部分年輕人的父母為了可以照顧孫輩和跟兒女團聚便加入了流動人口隊伍,而這類老年人群體被稱作“老漂族”。“老漂族”的出現(xiàn)是源于我國的城鄉(xiāng)戶籍制度嚴格限制,以及社會快速發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,同時受傳統(tǒng)家庭本位思想的影響,中國的父母認為有義務幫助子女養(yǎng)育孫輩,即使再苦再累也想為子女解決后顧之憂。在城市生活中,大部分的“老漂族”的生活狀態(tài)是:孤獨、寂寞、無朋友、思鄉(xiāng)心切,精神上以及心理上空巢比較嚴重。“老漂族”幸福感問題日益引起人們的關(guān)注,關(guān)于“老漂族”的社會保障政策比較少,目前理論界還沒有針對“老漂族”的幸福感問題進行專門的研究。本研究主要通過文獻分析法、訪談法進行研究,首先對幸福和幸福感的概念進行梳理,為筆者對“老漂族”幸福感的研究提供理論指導,其次,通過對“老漂族”的訪談了解到老人們內(nèi)心的真實想法以及“老漂族”的生活狀況和心理狀況,然后在訪談的基礎上,對采集的數(shù)據(jù)加以分析,以制約“老漂族”幸福感提升的主要問題為切入點,分析其成因,從而探索有效提升“老漂族”幸福感的途徑:需要從家庭、“老漂族”自身、社區(qū)、醫(yī)療保障體系和養(yǎng)老服務體系等方面進行加強,并建議建立嬰幼兒社會福利制度。筆者希望通過這些方面的努力能提升“老漂族”的幸福感,這也有利于提升家庭幸福感、建立社會主義和諧社會。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, social competition is becoming increasingly fierce, population mobility and urbanization process is also gradually accelerated, in order to find a better life, some young people choose to work in the city, live or even settle down. The parents of these young people joined the floating population to take care of their grandchildren and to be reunited with their children, which are known as the "old drifters." The emergence of the "old drifters" is the result of the strict restrictions of the urban and rural household registration system and the rapid development of society. At the same time, influenced by the traditional family-oriented ideology, Chinese parents believe that they have an obligation to help their children raise their grandchildren. No matter how hard and tired you are, you want to solve your children's worries. In urban life, most of the "old drifters" are lonely, friendless, homesick, spiritually and psychologically empty-nesting. People pay more and more attention to the happiness of the "old drifters", and there are few social security policies about the "old drifters". At present, there is no special research on the happiness of the "old drifters". This research mainly through the literature analysis method, the interview method carries on the research, first carries on the comb to the happiness and the well-being concept, provides the theory instruction for the author to "the old drifters" happiness research, second, Through the interview of the "old drifters", we can find out the real thoughts of the old people and the living and psychological conditions of the "old drifters". Then, on the basis of the interviews, we analyze the collected data. From the point of view of the main problems that restrict the happiness of the "old drifters", this paper analyzes their causes, and explores the ways to effectively promote the happiness of the "old drifters": need from the family, the "old drifters" themselves, the community, The medical security system and pension service system should be strengthened, and the social welfare system for infants and young children should be established. The author hopes that through these efforts, the happiness of the "old drifters" can be promoted, which is also conducive to the promotion of family happiness and the establishment of a harmonious socialist society.
