【摘要】：志愿者是無償獻血工作發(fā)展的重要組成部分,建立無償獻血志愿服務組織,推進以無償獻血志愿者為主體的獻血宣教招募模式是保障無償獻血健康持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要手段。多年來,青島市無償獻血紅十字志愿者總隊持續(xù)以傳播無償獻血理念、促進和諧社會、保障臨床用血為己任,建立了5支無償獻血特色志愿者隊伍,以其獨特的視角和理念,創(chuàng)新開展了系列特色志愿服務活動,拓寬了獻血宣傳招募渠道,擴大了社會影響力,促進了無償獻血凝聚力,實現(xiàn)了服務促人氣、獻血聚人心的目的,在無償獻血工作中發(fā)揮了重要作用。
[Abstract]:Volunteers are an important part of the development of unpaid blood donation. It is an important means to establish voluntary blood donation service organizations and to promote the recruitment mode of blood donation education with volunteer as the main body to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of unpaid blood donation. Over the years, the Qingdao volunteer team of voluntary blood donors has continuously set up five volunteer teams with free blood donation characteristics to spread the concept of free blood donation, promote a harmonious society, and ensure clinical use of blood, with its unique perspective and ideas. It has innovated and carried out a series of special voluntary service activities, broadened the channels of blood donation propaganda and recruitment, expanded the social influence, promoted the cohesion of free blood donation, achieved the purpose of promoting the popularity of service and blood donation and gathering people's hearts. In the free blood donation work has played an important role.
