【摘要】: 和諧社會(huì)的形成,有賴于男女兩性的共同發(fā)展,但女性由于自身的特殊使命和社會(huì)傳統(tǒng)文化的影響,相對(duì)于男性而言本身的發(fā)展困難重重。婦女的社會(huì)保障為男女兩性的公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)提供了一個(gè)平臺(tái),為了女性的職業(yè)發(fā)展,社會(huì)保障的完善尤為必要。 本文通過(guò)描述在目前的婦女社會(huì)保障制度下,我國(guó)婦女的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而揭示阻礙女性職業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素。婦女的就業(yè)形勢(shì)不容樂(lè)觀,婦女的職業(yè)發(fā)展任重道遠(yuǎn)。生育是為女性同男性的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)造成最明顯不利的事情,而家務(wù)勞動(dòng)、教育子女這些本應(yīng)該由男女共同分擔(dān)的任務(wù)卻由女性獨(dú)自承擔(dān)而影響了她們的職業(yè)發(fā)展。 本文認(rèn)為,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),為女性的職業(yè)發(fā)展提供了廣闊的舞臺(tái),女性的職業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)日益凸現(xiàn)。但現(xiàn)代社會(huì)是個(gè)快節(jié)奏的社會(huì),知識(shí)更新速度快,信息發(fā)展快,稍有懈怠就會(huì)跟不上時(shí)代的步伐。女性的職業(yè)發(fā)展有自己的特點(diǎn),生育,家務(wù)勞動(dòng)、教育子女,占用了女性的大部分時(shí)間和精力,女性用來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)和參與社會(huì)活動(dòng)的時(shí)間被縮短或取消,這嚴(yán)重影響了女性的人力資本提升和社會(huì)資本積累,進(jìn)而影響到女性的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入和生活方式。 女性在當(dāng)前的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中不如男性,作為就業(yè)的工資收入落后于男性,但女性有權(quán)通過(guò)政府公共政策的調(diào)整和社會(huì)保障制度的完善在職業(yè)發(fā)展中得到政策措施的傾斜、在收入分配中得到經(jīng)濟(jì)收入的彌補(bǔ)。目前婦女社會(huì)保障的發(fā)展滯后于女性在當(dāng)前時(shí)代職業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的問(wèn)題。女性職業(yè)發(fā)展的前提不僅需要基本生活有保障,更需要政府從人力資本提升和社會(huì)資本積累方面的保障中予以重視。在上述基礎(chǔ)上,本文又通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外婦女社會(huì)保障制度的比較研究,提出如何完善婦女社會(huì)保障,促進(jìn)女性職業(yè)發(fā)展。 信息時(shí)代為女性才能的挖掘拓展了空間,社會(huì)傳統(tǒng)分工為女性的職業(yè)發(fā)展設(shè)置了障礙,婦女社會(huì)保障的完善會(huì)使女性的潛力得到進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮。I
[Abstract]:The formation of a harmonious society depends on the common development of men and women, but because of their own special mission and the influence of traditional social culture, women have difficulties in their own development compared to men. Women's social security provides a platform for the fair competition between men and women, for the sake of women's career development, the perfection of social security is particularly necessary. This paper describes the present situation of women's employment in China under the current social security system for women, and then reveals the influencing factors that hinder the development of women's careers. Women's employment situation is not optimistic, women's career development has a long way to go. Childbirth is the most obvious disadvantage for women to compete with men, while domestic work and education of children, which should be shared by men and women alone, affect their career development. This paper holds that the arrival of knowledge economy provides a broad stage for the career development of women. But modern society is a fast-paced society, knowledge update speed, information development fast, a bit slack will not keep up with the pace of the times. Women's career development has its own characteristics, such as childbearing, housework, educating children, taking up most of women's time and energy, shortening or cancelling the time they use to study and participate in social activities, This seriously affects women's human capital and social capital accumulation, and then affects women's economic income and lifestyle. Women are inferior to men in the current competition for employment, and the wage income of employment lags behind that of men. However, women have the right to obtain the preference of policies and measures in career development through the adjustment of government public policies and the improvement of social security system. To make up for economic income in the distribution of income. At present, the development of women's social security lags behind the problems faced by women's career development in the present era. The premise of women's career development is not only to guarantee the basic life, but also to pay attention to the promotion of human capital and the accumulation of social capital. On the basis of the above, this paper puts forward how to perfect the women's social security and promote the women's career development through the comparative study of the foreign women's social security system. The information age has expanded the space for the exploitation of women's talents, the traditional division of labor in society has set up obstacles for women's career development, and the perfection of women's social security will further develop women's potential.
