【摘要】：新常態(tài)下的分配正義既是一種應(yīng)然的價值凝塑,也是一種實然的行為養(yǎng)成。分配正義總是要在一定的歷史場域中探討,體現(xiàn)為一定的現(xiàn)實性,是對社會分配狀況的描述、凝練、提升和規(guī)范。當(dāng)前,政府對分配正義的責(zé)任主要包括兩種,一種是當(dāng)為責(zé)任,另一種是要求責(zé)任。政府只有做到分配正義,才能更好地保障和促進經(jīng)濟社會穩(wěn)定、健康、良序和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Distribution justice under the new normal is not only a kind of value solidification, but also a practical behavior. Distribution justice should always be discussed in a certain historical field, which is embodied in a certain reality and is the description, conciseness, promotion and standardization of the social distribution situation. At present, the responsibility of government to distribute justice mainly includes two kinds, one is responsibility, the other is demanding responsibility. Only when the government achieves distributive justice, can it better guarantee and promote economic and social stability, health, good order and harmonious development.
