南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育研究

【摘要】:第十八次全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)報(bào)告指出,“就業(yè)是民生之本。要貫徹勞動(dòng)者自主就業(yè)、市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié)就業(yè)、政府促進(jìn)就業(yè)和鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)業(yè)的方針,實(shí)施就業(yè)優(yōu)先策略和更加積極的就業(yè)政策。引導(dǎo)勞動(dòng)者轉(zhuǎn)變就業(yè)觀念,鼓勵(lì)多渠道多形式就業(yè),促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè),做好以高校畢業(yè)生為重點(diǎn)的青年就業(yè)工作”。隨著中國(guó)高等教育大眾化時(shí)代的到來,大學(xué)生畢業(yè)人數(shù)逐年增多。來源于新疆教育廳的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2013年全新疆的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生人數(shù)為7.38萬(wàn),比2012年增加5413人,截至2013年12月25日,已有6.52萬(wàn)人就業(yè),就業(yè)率為88.44%。同時(shí),“新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)人力資源和社會(huì)保障廳發(fā)布的《新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)2014年度緊缺人才需求目錄》顯示,2014年度新疆共需各類緊缺人才16231人。”1探究“有人無業(yè)可就,有崗位無人應(yīng)征”奇怪局面的原因所在及解決這一難題的對(duì)策意義重大。就南疆地區(qū)的特殊區(qū)情來講,少數(shù)民族聚居,語(yǔ)言、宗教、政治、生活方式等社會(huì)環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜,就業(yè)形勢(shì)更加嚴(yán)峻。本文立足于南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀現(xiàn)狀,從就業(yè)觀教育的角度來對(duì)這一問題進(jìn)行研究。本著以人為本的原則,文章選取南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生為調(diào)研對(duì)象,結(jié)合學(xué)校、家庭等各個(gè)教育主體的調(diào)查,分析南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育存在的問題,并提出建議對(duì)策。此外,文章采用比較法分析了少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生和漢族大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀的差異性,提出就業(yè)觀教育在具體實(shí)施中的不同側(cè)重點(diǎn)。文章由四部分組成。第一部分是導(dǎo)論,論述了文章的研究背景、選題意義、研究思路和方法、重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等。導(dǎo)論部分總結(jié)綜述了以往的研究成果,整理了就業(yè)觀教育的相關(guān)概述。第二部分是南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀的調(diào)研,也是文章的關(guān)鍵部分,這部分?jǐn)⑹隽苏{(diào)研的操作細(xì)節(jié),并概括了南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀現(xiàn)狀。第三部分從南疆特殊區(qū)情、政府政策、高校教育、家庭因素、媒體責(zé)任等方面出發(fā),對(duì)南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀及就業(yè)觀教育問題的影響因素進(jìn)行分析。第四部分是文章的重點(diǎn)部分,該部分在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育的問題,從施行南疆特色就業(yè)觀教育、政府作用、學(xué)校教育、家庭教育、大學(xué)生自我教育等五個(gè)方面提出了具體對(duì)策。文章立足于南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀的實(shí)地調(diào)研,在第一手資料的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)所獲數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)事求是地分析,提出改進(jìn)南疆地區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀教育的對(duì)策。文章是應(yīng)用型基礎(chǔ)研究,呈現(xiàn)出的南疆地域特色和民族特色,對(duì)南疆地區(qū)各部門開展當(dāng)?shù)卮髮W(xué)生就業(yè)工作具有一定的參考價(jià)值。

To implement employment priority strategies and more active employment policies, to guide workers to change their employment concepts, to encourage multi-channel and multi-form employment, and to promote entrepreneurship to promote employment. Do a good job of youth employment with college graduates as the focus. "with the arrival of the era of mass higher education in China, The number of college graduates has increased year by year. According to the data from the Xinjiang Education Department, the number of college graduates in Xinjiang in 2013 was 73,800, an increase of 5,413 over 2012. By December 25th 2013, 65,200 people had been employed. The employment rate is 88.440.At the same time, "Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region Human Resources and Social Security Department issued the" Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region 2014 shortage of talent demand catalogue "shows that Xinjiang needs 16231 talents of all kinds in 2014." In terms of the special regional situation in southern Xinjiang, the social environment of ethnic minorities living together, language, religion, politics, way of life, and so on, is more complicated. The employment situation is more severe. Based on the present situation of employment view of college students in southern Xinjiang, this paper studies this problem from the angle of employment view education. In line with the principle of people-oriented, the article selects the university students in southern Xinjiang as the research object. Combined with the investigation of school, family and other educational subjects, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the education of college students' view of employment in southern Xinjiang, and puts forward some suggestions. This paper analyzes the difference of employment view between minority college students and Han university students by means of comparative method, and points out the different emphases in the implementation of employment view education. The article is composed of four parts. The first part is an introduction. This paper discusses the research background, the significance of the selected topic, the research ideas and methods, the key points, the difficulties and the innovations, etc. The introduction summarizes and summarizes the previous research results. The second part is the survey of the employment view of university students in southern Xinjiang, which is also the key part of the article. This part describes the operational details of the investigation. The third part starts from the special situation of southern Xinjiang, government policy, higher education, family factors, media responsibility and so on. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the university students' view of employment and their education in southern Xinjiang. Part 4th is the key part of the article. This part, on the basis of the previous research, aims at the problem of the education of the employment view of college students in southern Xinjiang. This paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures from five aspects of implementing the characteristic employment view education, the role of the government, the school education, the family education, the university student's self-education, etc. The article bases on the field investigation of the university student's employment view in the southern Xinjiang area. On the basis of firsthand data, this paper analyzes the obtained data realistically, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the education of college students' employment view in the south of Xinjiang. The article is an applied basic research, which presents the regional and national characteristics of the southern Xinjiang. It has a certain reference value for the local university students' employment in the southern Xinjiang area.
