【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展和改革開(kāi)放的不斷深入,就業(yè)市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)多樣化和多層次但形勢(shì)仍然嚴(yán)峻的特點(diǎn)。遵化市人力資源和社會(huì)保障局為了解決遵化市就業(yè)問(wèn)題,必須要加快整合社會(huì)資源的步伐,緩解遵化市的就業(yè)壓力。然而遵化市人社局傳統(tǒng)的職業(yè)介紹業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足當(dāng)前業(yè)務(wù)管理復(fù)雜而繁多的需求,如多樣化和多層次的就業(yè)格局為職業(yè)介紹業(yè)務(wù)管理工作帶來(lái)更多的信息處理量和信息存儲(chǔ)量,遵化市人社局工作計(jì)劃的改變不能及時(shí)納入系統(tǒng)管理。因此設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)遵化市人社局職業(yè)介紹業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)顯得尤為必要。根據(jù)遵化市職業(yè)介紹工作的實(shí)際情況和遵化市人社局職業(yè)介紹業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)方面的需求,結(jié)合當(dāng)前類(lèi)似系統(tǒng)通常使用的技術(shù)和業(yè)內(nèi)流行的應(yīng)用技術(shù)架構(gòu),確定了本系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu),采用MVC三層設(shè)計(jì)模式,使用主流的企業(yè)級(jí)應(yīng)用解決方案J2EE架構(gòu),選用業(yè)界常用的Struts+Spring+Hibernate技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)系統(tǒng),采用關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)SQL SERVER 2012。遵化市人社局職業(yè)介紹業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了職業(yè)介紹機(jī)構(gòu)管理業(yè)務(wù)、求職招聘管理業(yè)務(wù)、推薦介紹管理業(yè)務(wù)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)招聘管理業(yè)務(wù)、會(huì)員單位管理業(yè)務(wù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析業(yè)務(wù)。職業(yè)介紹機(jī)構(gòu)管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了職介機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)審批登記、職介機(jī)構(gòu)資格注銷(xiāo)、職介機(jī)構(gòu)花名冊(cè)登記、職業(yè)介紹補(bǔ)貼申請(qǐng)表錄入、職業(yè)介紹補(bǔ)貼經(jīng)費(fèi)審核、職業(yè)介紹信息查詢(xún)。求職招聘管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了個(gè)人求職信息管理、單位招聘信息管理、求職指導(dǎo)管理、單位招聘指導(dǎo)管理。推薦介紹管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了推薦管理、反饋管理和推薦介紹查詢(xún),F(xiàn)場(chǎng)招聘管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了展位管理、招聘會(huì)管理、招聘反饋管理、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)招聘查詢(xún)。會(huì)員單位管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了會(huì)員資格申請(qǐng)、會(huì)員單位信息維護(hù)、會(huì)員信息查詢(xún)、會(huì)員單位年審、單位違規(guī)管理。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了職業(yè)介紹統(tǒng)計(jì)、公共就業(yè)服務(wù)工作情況、統(tǒng)計(jì)公共就業(yè)服務(wù)工作情況、就業(yè)再就業(yè)工作綜合統(tǒng)計(jì)、下崗失業(yè)人員接受職業(yè)指導(dǎo)臺(tái)賬、會(huì)員違規(guī)信息匯總。遵化市人社局職業(yè)介紹業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的投入使用可以大大減少人社局員工的工作量,摒棄了傳統(tǒng)低效的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工作,使用信息化的方法全面準(zhǔn)確掌握人社局職業(yè)介紹業(yè)務(wù)的工作開(kāi)展情況,對(duì)于社會(huì)資源進(jìn)行高效整合,有效緩解遵化市的就業(yè)壓力,并且提高了工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, the employment market has become diversified and multi-level, but the situation is still grim. In order to solve the employment problem in Zunhua City, the Zunhua Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, We must speed up the pace of integrating social resources and ease the employment pressure in Zunhua. However, the traditional job introduction business management system of Zunhua Municipal people's Social Affairs Bureau can no longer meet the complex and diverse needs of current business management. For example, diversified and multi-level employment patterns have brought more information processing and information storage to job placement management. The change of the work plan of Zunhua people's social bureau can't be brought into the system management in time. Therefore, it is necessary to design and realize the job introduction business management system of Zunhua's people's social welfare bureau. According to the actual situation of Zunhua's job introduction work. And the business requirements of the job introduction business management system of Zunhua Municipal Bureau of people's and Social Affairs, Combined with the technology commonly used in the current similar systems and the popular application technology architecture in the industry, the technical framework of the system is determined. The MVC three-tier design pattern is adopted, and the J2EE architecture of the mainstream enterprise application solution is used. The Struts Spring Hibernate technology commonly used in the industry is used to realize the whole system, and the relational database SQL SERVER 2012.The job introduction business management system of Zunhua Municipal people's and Social Affairs Bureau mainly realizes the management business of the employment agency and the job recruitment management. Recommended introduction management business, on-site recruitment management business, member unit management business and statistical analysis business. The statistical analysis module has realized the occupation introduction statistics, Public employment service work, statistics on public employment service work, comprehensive statistics on employment re-employment work, and the account of laid-off and unemployed persons receiving vocational guidance, The input and use of the job introduction business management system of Zunhua Municipal people's Social Service Bureau can greatly reduce the workload of the staff of the Bureau, and abandon the traditional inefficient statistical analysis work. By using the method of information technology, we can grasp the work of the job introduction business of the Bureau of Human and Social Affairs accurately and comprehensively, integrate the social resources efficiently, effectively relieve the pressure of employment in Zunhua City, and improve the working efficiency.
