【摘要】:隨著我國社會的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展形勢也有了轉(zhuǎn)變,社會經(jīng)濟(jì)處在新常態(tài)的發(fā)展趨勢下,這對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)及社會就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)帶來了巨大的改變,大學(xué)生在就業(yè)過程中面臨的形勢越來越嚴(yán)峻,高校的教學(xué)體系也無法滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下社會對大學(xué)生素質(zhì)的要求,而且還存在缺乏系統(tǒng)的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、大學(xué)生的就業(yè)觀不端正等問題。因此,本文認(rèn)為亟需探討解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的策略,這就必須從創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生就業(yè)路徑出發(fā),結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的發(fā)展趨勢,在不斷完善高校教學(xué)體系基礎(chǔ)上,完善大學(xué)生的就業(yè)機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹立正確的就業(yè)觀念。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of our society, the situation of economic development has also changed. The social economy is in the new normal trend of development, which has brought huge changes to the structure of economic development and the structure of social employment in our country. The situation faced by college students in the process of employment is becoming more and more severe, and the teaching system in colleges and universities can not meet the requirements of the society for college students' quality under the new economic normal, and there is also a lack of systematic employment guidance. Therefore, this paper argues that it is urgent to explore the strategies to solve the employment difficulties of college students, which must be based on the innovation of the employment path of college students and the development trend of the new normal state of economy. On the basis of perfecting the teaching system of colleges and universities, we should perfect the employment mechanism of college students and guide them to set up the correct concept of employment.
