【摘要】：國(guó)家是人類歷史上最為重要的群體化生活方式之一,維持這一群體的社會(huì)秩序是現(xiàn)代國(guó)家的職責(zé)所在。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),社會(huì)建設(shè)滯后的問(wèn)題逐漸顯現(xiàn)。全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)戰(zhàn)略,建設(shè)法治社會(huì),急需研究種種社會(huì)失序現(xiàn)象,探索整合社會(huì)、構(gòu)建社會(huì)良序的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:The state is one of the most important group lifestyles in human history, and it is the duty of the modern state to maintain the social order of this group. At present, with the rapid development of economy in our country, the problem of lagging social construction gradually appears. To promote the strategy of governing the country according to law and build a society ruled by law in an all-round way, it is urgent to study all kinds of social disorder, explore the effective way to integrate the society and construct the good order of the society.
