【摘要】：社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,我國(guó)現(xiàn)代民主制度迅速發(fā)展,公眾參與意識(shí)逐步增強(qiáng),信息公開(kāi)制度中的問(wèn)題日益凸顯,社會(huì)公眾對(duì)政府信息公開(kāi)的呼聲日益高漲。文章通過(guò)囚徒困境模型,分析政府與公眾之間在政府信息公開(kāi)中的利益博弈,認(rèn)為健全民主法治,提高公眾參與意識(shí),轉(zhuǎn)變政府角色,構(gòu)建服務(wù)型政府,是破解政府信息公開(kāi)制度建設(shè)困境之道。
[Abstract]:In the transition period of society, the modern democratic system in China develops rapidly, the public participation awareness is gradually enhanced, and the problems in the information disclosure system are becoming more and more prominent, and the public calls for the public to disclose government information increasingly. This paper analyzes the interest game between the government and the public in the government information disclosure through the prisoner's predicament model.
