【摘要】：經(jīng)水蒸煮預(yù)處理后的絲瓜絡(luò)在60%乙醇(體積分?jǐn)?shù))中進(jìn)行蒸煮實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了蒸煮中催化劑的比例、催化劑用量、蒸煮最高溫度、蒸煮時(shí)間等參數(shù)對(duì)質(zhì)量損失率和卡伯值的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)催化劑Na2SO3/NaOH的質(zhì)量比為5∶5,催化劑用量為8%,蒸煮最高溫度為150℃,蒸煮時(shí)間為2.5 h時(shí),電鏡觀測(cè)蒸煮后纖維表面附著物減少,紅外光譜分析表明木素、半纖維素特征峰減小明顯。
