【摘要】:經(jīng)水蒸煮預(yù)處理后的絲瓜絡(luò)在60%乙醇(體積分?jǐn)?shù))中進(jìn)行蒸煮實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了蒸煮中催化劑的比例、催化劑用量、蒸煮最高溫度、蒸煮時(shí)間等參數(shù)對(duì)質(zhì)量損失率和卡伯值的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)催化劑Na2SO3/NaOH的質(zhì)量比為5∶5,催化劑用量為8%,蒸煮最高溫度為150℃,蒸煮時(shí)間為2.5 h時(shí),電鏡觀測(cè)蒸煮后纖維表面附著物減少,紅外光譜分析表明木素、半纖維素特征峰減小明顯。
[Abstract]:After pretreatment with water, the gourd was cooked in 60% ethanol (volume fraction). The ratio of catalyst, the amount of catalyst, the maximum temperature of cooking were studied. The effects of cooking time and other parameters on the mass loss rate and Kappa number are obtained.
