馬克思的公平正義觀及時代價值

【摘要】：馬克思在唯物史觀基礎(chǔ)上對資本主義公平正義觀進(jìn)行了深刻解析和批判,指出其所追求的只是形式上的公平正義。馬克思的公平正義觀的內(nèi)涵是通過社會主義革命推翻建立在私有制基礎(chǔ)上的資產(chǎn)階級統(tǒng)治,在沒有剝削、沒有階級的共產(chǎn)主義社會里實現(xiàn)實質(zhì)上的公平正義。將馬克思的公平正義觀置于當(dāng)代中國時代背景下的研究將給社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康運(yùn)行、社會主義和諧社會的構(gòu)建以及社會主義核心價值觀的培育與踐行以重要啟示。
[Abstract]:On the basis of historical materialism, Marx deeply analyzes and criticizes the capitalist view of fairness and justice, and points out that what he pursues is only formal fairness and justice. The connotation of Marx's view of fairness and justice is to overthrow bourgeois rule based on private ownership through socialist revolution and to realize substantive fairness and justice in communist society without exploitation and class. The study of Marx's view of fairness and justice under the background of contemporary China will give important enlightenment to the healthy operation of socialist market economy, the construction of socialist harmonious society and the cultivation and practice of socialist core values.
