【摘要】：黨的十七大報(bào)告指出：必須在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，更加注重社會(huì)建設(shè)，著力保障和改善民生，努力使全體人民學(xué)有所教、勞有所得、病有所醫(yī)、老有所養(yǎng)、住有所居，推動(dòng)建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)。作為執(zhí)政黨，中國共產(chǎn)黨90年的執(zhí)政歷程緊緊圍繞“以人為本”這個(gè)中心工作為人民謀利益。鄧小平的以人為本思想的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)是中國的改革開放事業(yè)，它的內(nèi)容全面且體系科學(xué)、完整，能夠?yàn)橹袊厣鐣?huì)主義事業(yè)提供科學(xué)的理論指導(dǎo)作用。鄧小平的以人為本思想繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)了中國傳統(tǒng)文化的精髓，是能為人民群眾接受的先進(jìn)思想，是改革開放偉大進(jìn)程中智慧的結(jié)晶。在改革開放事業(yè)全面推行前進(jìn)的時(shí)期，鄧小平關(guān)于以人為本思想方面科學(xué)理論體系的研究具有現(xiàn)實(shí)性和必要性，這就為我國的中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)取得新的發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)有力的理論支持。 鄧小平的以人為本思想體系內(nèi)容全面，且體系科學(xué)、完整，為中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)提供科學(xué)的理論指導(dǎo)作用。本文從鄧小平以人為本思想的思想淵源的研究入手，通過對(duì)其豐富內(nèi)容和具體措施的深入分析，進(jìn)一步揭示鄧小平以人為本思想體系的科學(xué)性。本文的具體邏輯框架如下： 首先，以鄧小平以人為本思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和形成背景的探討為起點(diǎn)。從思想淵源這個(gè)角度看，鄧小平的以人為本思想繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)了中國傳統(tǒng)文化的精髓，是馬克思以人為本思想在中國的具體實(shí)踐，是毛澤東以人為本思想的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。從其形成的歷史背景來看，鄧小平以人為本思想是我國改革開放偉大事業(yè)征程中的智慧結(jié)晶。 其次，鄧小平以人為本思想的具體內(nèi)容和具體措施是本文寫作的突破口。本文的特點(diǎn)是從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行深入的分析：政治，經(jīng)濟(jì)，文化，以反映其結(jié)構(gòu)的綜合性、科學(xué)性，理論內(nèi)容的完整性、系統(tǒng)性。其觀點(diǎn)主要包括：解放和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力是提出以人為本是否成功的標(biāo)志，是實(shí)現(xiàn)人民群眾的富裕的基本原則等等，通過以上內(nèi)容的探討，，對(duì)鄧小平的以人為本思想和實(shí)現(xiàn)共同繁榮的具體措施進(jìn)行了更加深刻的分析。 最后，以鄧小平以人為本思想現(xiàn)實(shí)性和必要性為研究的重點(diǎn)，系統(tǒng)分析了其在理論方面的積極影響和對(duì)于我國改革開放事業(yè)的旗幟性作用。從這個(gè)意義上來說，首先，鄧小平以人為本思想中的對(duì)于改革和開放關(guān)系的科學(xué)論證，推動(dòng)了改革開放理論的發(fā)展；其以人為本思想為以人民為主體文明建設(shè)理論的豐富提供思想基礎(chǔ)，為執(zhí)政黨確立核心價(jià)值觀指明了方向并提供了豐富的理論材料。其次，鄧小平的以人為本思想為推進(jìn)中國的改革開放偉大事業(yè)進(jìn)程具有重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

The practical foundation of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought is the cause of China's reform and opening up. Its contents are comprehensive, systematic, scientific and complete, and can provide scientific theoretical guidance for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought inherits and develops the essence of Chinese traditional culture, is an advanced thought that can be accepted by the people, and is the crystallization of wisdom in the great process of reform and opening up. During the period when the cause of reform and opening to the outside world was advancing in an all-round way, Deng Xiaoping's research on the scientific theoretical system of people-oriented ideology was realistic and necessary. This provides strong theoretical support for the new development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented ideological system is comprehensive, scientific and complete, which provides scientific theoretical guidance for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper starts with the study of Deng Xiaoping's ideological origin of people-oriented thought, through the in-depth analysis of its rich contents and concrete measures, further reveals the scientific nature of the ideological system of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought. The specific logical framework of this paper is as follows: first, the scientific connotation and formation background of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought as the starting point. From the angle of ideological origin, Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought inherits and develops the essence of Chinese traditional culture, is the concrete practice of Marx's people-oriented thought in China, and is the further development of Mao Zedong's people-oriented thought. From the historical background of its formation, Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought is the crystallization of wisdom in China's great undertaking of reform and opening up. Secondly, the concrete contents and measures of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought are the breakthrough of this paper. This article is characterized by three aspects of in-depth analysis: politics, economy, culture, to reflect its comprehensive structure, scientific, theoretical content integrity, systematic. Its views mainly include: emancipating and developing productive forces is the symbol of whether people should be put forward as the foundation of success, and is the basic principle of realizing the people's affluence, and so on. Through the discussion of the above contents, Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought and concrete measures to realize common prosperity are analyzed more deeply. Finally, focusing on the reality and necessity of Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought, this paper systematically analyzes its positive influence in theory and its banner effect on the cause of reform and opening up in China. In this sense, first of all, Deng Xiaoping's scientific argumentation on the relationship between reform and opening up promoted the development of the theory of reform and opening up. The people-oriented thought provides the ideological basis for the enrichment of the theory of civilization construction with the people as the main body, and points out the direction of establishing the core values of the ruling party and provides abundant theoretical materials. Secondly, Deng Xiaoping's people-oriented thought has important practical value for promoting the great course of China's reform and opening up.
