【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展離不開社會(huì)的和諧與發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展主要有三方面的內(nèi)容：第一，經(jīng)濟(jì)的和諧發(fā)展與政治、思想文化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的關(guān)系；第二，人與自然的和諧相處；第三，經(jīng)濟(jì)要素的配置，經(jīng)濟(jì)過程的運(yùn)行，經(jīng)濟(jì)利益關(guān)系的構(gòu)成，看經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展速度、規(guī)模、質(zhì)量和效益之間是如何協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的。 在新中國改革開放時(shí)期，鄧小平就社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)如何成功地發(fā)展、壯大且圍繞中國經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的問題發(fā)表了大量的講話，雖說他的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論并沒有明確的提出關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的定義，但在他的講話中提出了一系列的新觀點(diǎn)、新思想、新概念，這中間蘊(yùn)含著許多有用的經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧思想的理論知識(shí)。在反復(fù)推敲鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧思想過后，有利于進(jìn)一步深入落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，有利于加強(qiáng)對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，這不僅僅只是理論上的突破，對(duì)于實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)也大有裨益。本文主要就鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想提出以下幾方面的問題： 第一，本文第二章重點(diǎn)介紹了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧思想的形成條件。主要認(rèn)為中國傳統(tǒng)的和諧觀念是形成鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的歷史淵源，其中包括古代天人合一思想、傳統(tǒng)大同社會(huì)思想、傳統(tǒng)“義利觀”；認(rèn)為馬克思主義關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧的思想是形成鄧小平和諧思想的理論基礎(chǔ)，主要從馬克思關(guān)于和諧社會(huì)的設(shè)想以及毛澤東關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的思想；認(rèn)為我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的實(shí)踐及其國情是鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)，從兩方面來說，一、基于對(duì)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)教訓(xùn)的反思，二、基于對(duì)改革開放以來現(xiàn)實(shí)國情的分析；認(rèn)為鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展理論思想的理論來源主要是借鑒了相關(guān)的國外經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想及西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中有關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展的思想與空想社會(huì)主義者的經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想。 第二，本文在第三章主要介紹了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的內(nèi)容。主要從先要保證一部分地區(qū)、一部分人先富起來，堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)籌兼顧的原則保證最終全體人民的共同富裕，共同富裕就是經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的最終目標(biāo)；認(rèn)為只有穩(wěn)定的政治才能為經(jīng)濟(jì)得到快速、健康、持續(xù)的發(fā)展提供政治基礎(chǔ)；認(rèn)為科技教育的傳播能為經(jīng)濟(jì)的和諧發(fā)展提供人才與技術(shù)；認(rèn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的道德準(zhǔn)則就是義利統(tǒng)一，這里主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與道德提升同步、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與資源利用協(xié)調(diào)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)一致來介紹；認(rèn)為堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)籌兼顧的原則對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的和諧發(fā)展來說是必不可少的。 第三，本文在第四章主要介紹了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的基本特征。主要有以下三方面：全局與局部的辯證統(tǒng)一、“部分先富”與“共同富�！钡霓q證統(tǒng)一。 第四，本文在第五章主要介紹了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。主要從兩方面來探討：第一，堅(jiān)持貫徹以人為本的發(fā)展理念來注重全體人民的利益需求；第二，堅(jiān)持遵循統(tǒng)籌兼顧的工作思路，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展中各項(xiàng)工作的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The harmonious development of economy is inseparable from the harmony and development of society. The harmonious development of economy mainly includes three aspects: the first, the harmonious development of economy and the relationship between political and ideological culture; the second, the harmonious relationship between human and nature; the third, the arrangement of economic elements. The development speed, scale, quality and benefit of economy are coordinated and developed. The theoretical source of Deng Xiaoping's theory of economic harmony development is mainly based on the thoughts of foreign economic and harmonious development and the economic development of Utopian socialists in western economics.
