新疆“訪惠聚”活動長效機制構建問題研究

【摘要】：新疆自2014年以來實施的"訪惠聚"活動至今已接近三年,其所發(fā)揮的作用,出現(xiàn)的問題都已經(jīng)有了全方位的呈現(xiàn),如何正確認識"訪惠聚"活動?"訪惠聚"活動是由具有長期進行下去的必要性?"訪惠聚"活動開展以來產生的現(xiàn)實影響及其深遠價值又是什么?本人試圖在分析這一系列基本問題的基礎上,嘗試對如何構建"訪惠聚"長效機制提出一些自己的思考。
[Abstract]:Since 2014, Xinjiang has been carrying out the "visit and gather" activities for nearly three years. Its role and problems have all been presented in all directions. How can we correctly understand the "visit to Huihui" activities? ". Is it necessary for a visit to be held over a long period of time? " What are the practical effects and far-reaching value of the "visit and gather" activities? On the basis of analyzing this series of basic problems, I try to put forward some thoughts on how to construct the long-term mechanism of "visiting and gathering".
