1949-1956年中國共產(chǎn)黨利益整合能力建設(shè)研究

【摘要】：利益整合能力建設(shè)是中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)的重要組成部分。黨的利益整合能力建設(shè)是當(dāng)今學(xué)術(shù)界研究的熱點問題之一，是學(xué)者們從政治學(xué)、社會學(xué)的角度研究黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)的新視閾。所謂利益整合就是通過多種方式，在保證各群體利益的基礎(chǔ)上，使各個部分合理、有序的組合起來，，構(gòu)成一個利益共同體，以達(dá)到社會內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的平衡，提高社會有機(jī)體的整體效能。執(zhí)政黨的利益整合能力已成為衡量執(zhí)政黨執(zhí)政成敗的重要尺度。 1949—1956年，是中國社會轉(zhuǎn)形期，是共產(chǎn)黨開始全國執(zhí)政的一個關(guān)鍵時期。黨在這一時期面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn)是前所未有的，即便如此，在短短的幾年里，中國共產(chǎn)黨集全黨全國人民的智慧，完成了人民政權(quán)的鞏固，國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的恢復(fù)與發(fā)展，社會主義改造等歷史任務(wù)。利益整合能力建設(shè)是黨全面執(zhí)政后一項具有開創(chuàng)性意義的黨建活動。中國共產(chǎn)黨把馬克思主義建黨學(xué)說同中國共產(chǎn)黨建黨實際情況相結(jié)合并加以創(chuàng)造性地運用，通過開展理論學(xué)習(xí)，發(fā)揚黨內(nèi)民主與加強(qiáng)政治協(xié)商，進(jìn)行制度建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新，發(fā)起整風(fēng)整黨運動，進(jìn)一步提高黨的利益整合能力，盡力維護(hù)好、實現(xiàn)好、發(fā)展好人民群眾的各項利益。 黨在建國初期的利益整合能力建設(shè)，積累了寶貴經(jīng)驗�？偨Y(jié)經(jīng)驗，展望未來，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)新時期黨的利益整合能力建設(shè)，正確處理各種社會利益關(guān)系，實現(xiàn)黨內(nèi)和諧與社會和諧。
[Abstract]:The ability of interest integration is an important part of the construction of the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China. The construction of the Party's ability to integrate the interests of the Party is one of the hot issues in the academic field. It is a new perspective for the scholars to study the Party's ruling ability from the angle of political science and sociology. The so-called interest integration means that through various ways and on the basis of guaranteeing the interests of the various groups, the various parts can be rationally and orderly combined to form a community of interests, in order to achieve the balance of the internal structure of the society.
