【摘要】：利益整合能力建設(shè)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)的重要組成部分。黨的利益整合能力建設(shè)是當(dāng)今學(xué)術(shù)界研究的熱點(diǎn)問題之一，是學(xué)者們從政治學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)的角度研究黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè)的新視閾。所謂利益整合就是通過多種方式，在保證各群體利益的基礎(chǔ)上，使各個(gè)部分合理、有序的組合起來，，構(gòu)成一個(gè)利益共同體，以達(dá)到社會(huì)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的平衡，提高社會(huì)有機(jī)體的整體效能。執(zhí)政黨的利益整合能力已成為衡量執(zhí)政黨執(zhí)政成敗的重要尺度。 1949—1956年，是中國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)形期，是共產(chǎn)黨開始全國(guó)執(zhí)政的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。黨在這一時(shí)期面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn)是前所未有的，即便如此，在短短的幾年里，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨集全黨全國(guó)人民的智慧，完成了人民政權(quán)的鞏固，國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的恢復(fù)與發(fā)展，社會(huì)主義改造等歷史任務(wù)。利益整合能力建設(shè)是黨全面執(zhí)政后一項(xiàng)具有開創(chuàng)性意義的黨建活動(dòng)。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨把馬克思主義建黨學(xué)說同中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨建黨實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合并加以創(chuàng)造性地運(yùn)用，通過開展理論學(xué)習(xí)，發(fā)揚(yáng)黨內(nèi)民主與加強(qiáng)政治協(xié)商，進(jìn)行制度建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新，發(fā)起整風(fēng)整黨運(yùn)動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步提高黨的利益整合能力，盡力維護(hù)好、實(shí)現(xiàn)好、發(fā)展好人民群眾的各項(xiàng)利益。 黨在建國(guó)初期的利益整合能力建設(shè)，積累了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，展望未來，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)新時(shí)期黨的利益整合能力建設(shè)，正確處理各種社會(huì)利益關(guān)系，實(shí)現(xiàn)黨內(nèi)和諧與社會(huì)和諧。
[Abstract]:The ability of interest integration is an important part of the construction of the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China. The construction of the Party's ability to integrate the interests of the Party is one of the hot issues in the academic field. It is a new perspective for the scholars to study the Party's ruling ability from the angle of political science and sociology. The so-called interest integration means that through various ways and on the basis of guaranteeing the interests of the various groups, the various parts can be rationally and orderly combined to form a community of interests, in order to achieve the balance of the internal structure of the society. Improve the overall effectiveness of social organisms. The ability of interest integration of the ruling party has become an important measure to measure the success or failure of the ruling party. 1949-1956 is a period of transformation of Chinese society and a key period for the Communist Party to take power throughout the country.
