【摘要】：為人民服務(wù)是中國共產(chǎn)黨人的立黨之本、執(zhí)政之要和價(jià)值追求。為人民服務(wù)的文化根源有二:一是"天下為公"的理想追求,二是以民為本的思想。為人民服務(wù)的理論內(nèi)涵包括五個(gè)層面:其一,為人民服務(wù)就是為最廣大勞動(dòng)人民服務(wù);其二,為人民服務(wù)就是為人民謀利益;其三,為人民服務(wù)要全心全意;其四,為人民服務(wù)必須堅(jiān)持群眾路線;其五,為人民服務(wù)必須向人民負(fù)責(zé)。為人民服務(wù)只有進(jìn)行時(shí)沒有完成時(shí)。在改革開放和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)新的歷史條件下,有一部分領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部脫離群眾,把全心全意為人民服務(wù)的價(jià)值觀淡忘了、誤讀了、扭曲了、背棄了。當(dāng)前,我們要正本清源,澄清各種糊涂觀念,批判各種錯(cuò)誤思潮,科學(xué)理解和踐行為人民服務(wù)的價(jià)值觀。同時(shí),在實(shí)際工作中,從嚴(yán)治黨,懲治腐敗,糾正"四風(fēng)",真正做到全心全意為人民服務(wù),我們黨的事業(yè)就無往而不勝。
[Abstract]:Serving the people is the foundation of the Communist Party of China. There are two cultural roots of serving the people: one is the ideal pursuit of "the world is common to people", the other is the thought of taking the people as the basis. The theoretical connotation of serving the people includes five levels: first, to serve the people is to serve the largest number of working people; second, to serve the people is to seek the interests of the people; third, to serve the people wholeheartedly; and fourth, to serve the people wholeheartedly. Service to the people must adhere to the mass line; fifthly, service to the people must be accountable to the people. Service to the people can only be done when it is in progress and not when it is completed. Under the new historical conditions of reform, opening up and market economy, some leading cadres have divorced themselves from the masses and forgotten, misread, distorted, and abandoned the values of serving the people wholeheartedly. At present, we should clear the root of the root, clarify all kinds of confused ideas, criticize all kinds of wrong thoughts, and scientifically understand and practice the values of serving the people. At the same time, in practical work, we must strictly administer the party, punish corruption, correct the "four winds," and truly serve the people wholeheartedly, and our party's cause will never fail.
