【摘要】：人民群眾是社會(huì)物質(zhì)財(cái)富的創(chuàng)造者，是社會(huì)精神財(cái)富的創(chuàng)造者，是社會(huì)變革的決定力量。最大多數(shù)人的利益對(duì)黨和國(guó)家事業(yè)的發(fā)展始終具有決定性的作用，正確認(rèn)識(shí)和處理我國(guó)社會(huì)中的各種利益關(guān)系是調(diào)動(dòng)一切積極因素的關(guān)鍵，人民的利益和愿望決定社會(huì)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程。 鄧小平同志尊重實(shí)踐，熱愛人民，始終把人民利益作為考慮問(wèn)題的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿點(diǎn)。人民利益觀貫穿于鄧小平理論的始終，也是貫穿于馬克思主義中國(guó)化發(fā)展過(guò)程中的主線和價(jià)值軸心。在其指導(dǎo)下的實(shí)踐價(jià)值已為世人所共睹，它在我國(guó)人民的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益、政治利益、文化利益、健康利益和環(huán)境利益的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域和各個(gè)方面均已取得顯著成效，它必將永遠(yuǎn)成為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重大法寶。 本文第一章從“人民”的基本概念出發(fā)，通過(guò)分析人民的內(nèi)涵及其政治地位的發(fā)展過(guò)程，來(lái)闡述人民利益觀的深刻內(nèi)涵和重要地位。最大多數(shù)人的利益和全社會(huì)全民族的積極性、創(chuàng)造性，對(duì)黨和國(guó)家事業(yè)的發(fā)展始終是最具有決定性的因素，必須把人民群眾的根本利益作為黨的一切工作的“最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”。 本文第二章分別從歷史淵源、理論來(lái)源和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)三個(gè)方面來(lái)分析鄧小平人民利益觀的形成過(guò)程。鄧小平從中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義偉大實(shí)踐出發(fā)，堅(jiān)持歷史唯物主義的基本原理，對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的民本思想和毛澤東的人民利益觀進(jìn)行了揚(yáng)棄，緊緊抓住“人民的利益高于一切”和發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)最終目的是為了“共同富�！�，提出了適應(yīng)新時(shí)期社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的人民利益觀。 本文第三章分別從樹立共同富裕目標(biāo)，堅(jiān)持以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心、全面實(shí)行改革開放，嚴(yán)厲懲治腐敗及把教育擺在優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位五個(gè)方面論述了鄧小平人民利益觀的主要內(nèi)容，分別從不同的方面分析了其與人民利益關(guān)系。 本文第四章分析了鄧小平的人民利益觀的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，其理論在中國(guó)現(xiàn)今所面臨的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和政治建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著巨大的作用。一方面，鄧小平的人民利益觀是毛澤東人民利益觀在當(dāng)代中國(guó)符合邏輯的發(fā)展，并為江澤民“三個(gè)代表”重要思想與胡錦濤的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀等重大戰(zhàn)略思想的提出奠定了重要的基礎(chǔ)。另一方面，鄧小平的人民利益觀有利于鞏固中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的階級(jí)基礎(chǔ)和民眾基礎(chǔ)，有利于社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:The people are the creators of social material wealth, the creators of social spiritual wealth, and the decisive force of social change. The interests of the majority of the people have always played a decisive role in the development of the Party and the national cause. Interests and aspirations determine the course of social development.
Comrade Deng Xiaoping respects practice, loves the people, and always regards the people's interests as the starting point and the end-result of the consideration of problems. The concept of people's interests runs through Deng Xiaoping's theory from beginning to end, and is also the main line and value axis throughout the development of Marxism in China. The people's economic interests, political interests, cultural interests, health interests and environmental interests have achieved remarkable results in all fields and in all respects. It will forever become a major magic weapon in China's socialist modernization drive.
The first chapter of this article starts from the basic concept of "the people", analyzes the connotation of the people and the development process of their political status, and expounds the profound connotation and important position of the concept of the people's interests. We must take the fundamental interests of the people as the highest standard of all the work of the party.
The second chapter analyzes the formation process of Deng Xiaoping's view of people's interests from three aspects: historical origin, theoretical origin and realistic basis. Deng Xiaoping proceeded from the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, adhered to the basic principles of historical materialism, sublated and discarded the Traditional People-oriented Thought and Mao Zedong's view of people's interests, and firmly grasped it. The ultimate goal of "people's interests are above everything" and economic development is "common prosperity", and the people's Interests View adapted to the socialist construction in the new period is put forward.
In the third chapter, the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's concept of people's interests are discussed from five aspects: setting up the goal of common prosperity, insisting on economic construction as the center, carrying out reform and opening up in an all-round way, severely punishing corruption and putting education in the strategic position of giving priority to development.
The fourth chapter analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's view of people's interests, which plays an important role in China's economic and political construction. On the one hand, Deng Xiaoping's view of people's interests is the logical development of Mao Zedong's view of people's interests in contemporary China and the "three" for Jiang Zemin. On the other hand, Deng Xiaoping's view of people's interests is conducive to consolidating the class foundation and the mass foundation of the Communist Party of China and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
