【摘要】：黨和國(guó)家一向十分重視農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展問(wèn)題，特別是2013年中央一號(hào)文件首次提出要將“家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)”作為新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的主體，鼓勵(lì)和支持由原有的家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制向?qū)I(yè)大戶、家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)、農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社流轉(zhuǎn)。追根溯源，從馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的農(nóng)業(yè)合作思想中的政治觀來(lái)看，馬克思主義合作思想更多的是為了滿足社會(huì)政治改革的需要而成為一種社會(huì)變革的形式和手段，同時(shí)，它的經(jīng)濟(jì)作用則依附于其政治作用之上。從中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀說(shuō)明，新型農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織具有更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)功能，但并不意味著其政治功能的消失，經(jīng)濟(jì)功能只可能是政治功能的具體體現(xiàn)，并逐步由經(jīng)濟(jì)功能向政治功能滲透。 本文章由四個(gè)部分組成，，第一部分主要說(shuō)明馬克思恩格斯農(nóng)業(yè)合作思想產(chǎn)生的具體條件及歷史價(jià)值，對(duì)馬克思恩格斯合作思想產(chǎn)生的大背景進(jìn)行了交代，并指出其重要的歷史地位。第二部分界定了相關(guān)概念的含義，并闡述了馬克思恩格斯合作思想中具體的政治觀念，對(duì)馬克思恩格斯合作思想中共同的政治觀念進(jìn)行了梳理，指出其中的基本原則。第三部分主要談到后人對(duì)馬克思恩格斯合作思想中政治觀念的繼承和發(fā)展，主要論述列寧、斯大林的農(nóng)業(yè)合作思想以及馬克思主義合作思想在我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方面的具體實(shí)踐。第四部分概述了馬克思恩格斯農(nóng)業(yè)合作思想中的政治觀念對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。因此，本文試圖重溫馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家農(nóng)業(yè)合作思想中的政治觀點(diǎn)，探究其對(duì)于發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)的重要意義，這也是馬克思恩格斯作農(nóng)業(yè)合作思想中政治觀念的當(dāng)代價(jià)值所在。
[Abstract]:The Party and the state have always attached great importance to the development of agriculture. In particular, in 2013, the first document of the Central Committee proposed that "family farms" should be regarded as the main body of the new type of agricultural management, and encouraged and supported the transfer of the original household contract responsibility system to professional large households. The family farm, farmer specialized cooperative circulation. From the point of view of the political view in the agricultural cooperation thought of the classic Marxist writers, Marxist cooperation thought is more to meet the needs of social and political reform and become a form and means of social change, at the same time, Its economic role is dependent on its political role. From the current situation of China's agricultural development, the new peasant cooperative economic organization has more economic functions, but it does not mean the disappearance of its political function, the economic function can only be a concrete embodiment of the political function. And gradually from the economic function to the political function infiltration. This article is composed of four parts. The first part mainly explains the concrete conditions and historical value of Marx and Engels' agricultural cooperation thought, and gives an account of the background of Marx and Engels' thought of agricultural cooperation. And points out its important historical position. The second part defines the meaning of the related concepts, expounds the concrete political ideas in Marx and Engels' cooperative thought, combs the common political ideas in Marx and Engels' cooperative thought, and points out the basic principles. The third part mainly discusses the inheritance and development of the political concept in Marx and Engels' cooperation thought, mainly discusses Lenin, Stalin's agricultural cooperation thought and the concrete practice of Marxism cooperation thought in the agricultural development of our country. The fourth part summarizes the realistic value of the political ideas in Marx and Engels' agricultural cooperation thought to the current agricultural development of our country. Therefore, this paper attempts to review the political point of view in the agricultural cooperation thought of the classical Marxist writers, and to explore its important significance for the development of socialist agriculture with Chinese characteristics. This is also the contemporary value of political ideas in Marx and Engels' thought of agricultural cooperation.
