【摘要】：毛澤東黨風(fēng)建設(shè)思想是毛澤東黨建思想的重要組成部分,是馬克思列寧主義黨的學(xué)說在中國共產(chǎn)黨自身建設(shè)中的運(yùn)用和發(fā)展,是中國共產(chǎn)黨人集體智慧的結(jié)晶。以毛澤東為代表的中國共產(chǎn)黨人深刻認(rèn)識到了加強(qiáng)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)的重要性和艱巨性,從黨的建設(shè)的實(shí)際出發(fā),就如何加強(qiáng)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè),提出了許多富有創(chuàng)見的思想。 本文從以下五方面論述了毛澤東關(guān)于黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)的思想及其當(dāng)代價(jià)值。 論文的第一部分從四個(gè)方面概括了毛澤東對于加強(qiáng)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)必要性和重要性的認(rèn)識,即：黨風(fēng)好壞直接關(guān)系到黨的先鋒隊(duì)性質(zhì)；制約著黨的路線政策的制定和貫徹落實(shí)；影響著黨群關(guān)系；影響和決定著整個(gè)社會(huì)風(fēng)氣的走向。 論文的第二部分從文化淵源、現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)、理論基礎(chǔ)三個(gè)方面闡述了毛澤東黨風(fēng)建設(shè)思想的形成依據(jù)。 論文的第三部分從毛澤東黨風(fēng)建設(shè)思想的初步形成、正式形成、進(jìn)一步豐富和發(fā)展等三個(gè)階段對其形成過程進(jìn)行了分析。 論文的第四部分闡述了毛澤東關(guān)于黨風(fēng)建設(shè)思想的主要內(nèi)容,即：“三大作風(fēng)”是中國共產(chǎn)黨區(qū)別于其他任何政黨的顯著標(biāo)志；“兩個(gè)務(wù)必”是中國共產(chǎn)黨加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)黨風(fēng)建設(shè)的必然要求；整黨整風(fēng)是中國共產(chǎn)黨加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)黨風(fēng)建設(shè)的有效形式；堅(jiān)持德才兼?zhèn)�、任人唯賢的干部選拔原則是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵所在。 論文的最后一部分對毛澤東黨風(fēng)建設(shè)思想的當(dāng)代意義進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為毛澤東黨風(fēng)建設(shè)思想的當(dāng)代意義突出地表現(xiàn)在五個(gè)方面：一是黨風(fēng)建設(shè)關(guān)系黨的生死存亡；二是黨風(fēng)建設(shè)必須以密切黨群關(guān)系為核心；三是黨風(fēng)建設(shè)必須時(shí)刻牢記“兩個(gè)務(wù)必”；四是黨風(fēng)建設(shè)必須堅(jiān)持思想教育與制度建設(shè)相結(jié)合；五是黨風(fēng)建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)長期任務(wù),必須持之以恒、常抓不懈。 總結(jié)毛澤東關(guān)于黨風(fēng)建設(shè)的思想,對于我們在新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)和改善黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),具有十分重要的參考意義。
[Abstract]:The thought of Mao Zedong's Party style construction is an important part of Mao Zedong's Party building thought, the application and development of Marxism-Leninist Party's theory in the Chinese Communist Party's own construction, and the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the Chinese Communists. The Chinese Communists, represented by Mao Zedong, have deeply realized the importance and arduous nature of strengthening the Party's style of work, and put forward many creative ideas on how to strengthen the construction of the Party's style of work from the point of view of the reality of the Party's construction. This paper discusses Mao Zedong's thoughts on the construction of the Party's style and its contemporary value from the following five aspects. The first part of the paper summarizes the necessity and importance of Mao Zedong in strengthening the Party's style construction from four aspects, namely: the quality of the Party's work style is directly related to the vanguard nature of the Party, which restricts the formulation and implementation of the Party's line policy; Affect the relationship between the Party and the masses; influence and determine the trend of the whole social atmosphere. The second part of the paper expounds the formation basis of Mao Zedong Party style construction thought from three aspects: cultural origin, realistic foundation and theoretical basis. The third part analyzes the forming process of Mao Zedong Party style construction from three stages: the initial formation, the formal formation, the further enrichment and the development. The fourth part of the paper expounds the main content of Mao Zedong's thought on the construction of party style, that is, "three styles of work" is a remarkable symbol of the CPC being different from any other political party; The "two musts" are the inevitable requirements for the Communist Party of China to strengthen and improve the Party's work style; Party rectification is an effective form for the CPC to strengthen and improve the Party's work style; The principle of selecting cadres with meritocracy is the key to strengthen and improve the Party's style of work. In the last part of the paper, the author analyzes the contemporary significance of Mao Zedong's Party style construction thought, and thinks that the contemporary significance of Mao Zedong's Party style construction thought is manifested in five aspects: first, the Party style construction is related to the survival or death of the Party; Second, the construction of party style must be based on close relations between the party and the masses; third, the construction of party style must always bear in mind the "two musts"; fourth, the construction of party style must adhere to the combination of ideological education and system building; and fifth, the construction of party style must be a long-term task. We must persevere and persevere. It is of great significance for us to strengthen the construction of the Party and improve the leadership of the Party in the new period by summing up the thoughts of Mao Zedong on the construction of the Party style.
